How do I see my battery amount when I'm connected via Bluetooth with no network connection.

Hi @Caymanian12, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’ve checked with a colleague and, if you’re not connected to a network, you should still be able to open the Sonos app and have it show the battery percentage of the device. If you use Android then you can also see the battery level in the Bluetooth menu on the device. I’d assume it’s the same for iOS devices but I don’t have any to check.

If you’re not seeing the battery level, then make sure the Sonos app is fully up to date by getting the latest version from your app store.

I hope this information helps!

“ you should still be able to open the Sonos app and have it show the battery percentage of the device. “

This used to be true (bluetooth- or network-connected), but in my latest update to the app, performed on 8 Nov 2024 to v. 80.11.51, the readout showing percentage of battery remaining has disappeared. There is still a tiny icon of a battery that basically shows if you’re above or below 50% is still there, but until recently, you used to be able to dig a couple of layers into Sonos Settings to see an actual percentage for the Roam. Not anymore.

Have the app designers moved it? Or entirely removed it? I can think of no design reason for its removal.
