Hi, i have a Xgimi Halo + projector and 2 Era 100 connected via bluetooth. Any solutions for the lag?

To use Sonos devices with a Audio Visual setup, you need to use one of their sound bars connected via either an HDMI or optical cable. Your Era 300’s are designed primarily for Music output, unless added to a soundbar as surrounds, and buffer the audio feed to ensure smooth audio transmission when used within a multi room setup. As such, there isn’t anything you can do to remove the lag in your current setup.
