I’m trying to set up a gen 1 play:1 to a new wifi. Have factory reset and followed every step numerous times. It connects to the wifi but won’t register to my account. Can anyone help please? It’s been 10 days without music in a new town :(

Thanks Airgetlem, I’m on a portable wifi (that’s another story) so no Ethernet cable option.
I did get it working though!
Found another thread which recommended signing out and back in to the Sonos app. A combination of that and walk away for half an hour did the trick!
