If I search for an artist that I know is on Bandcamp - Jon Charles Dwyer, for example - in the Sonos app, I get no results. Searching on the Bandcamp website works fine, so I know he exists. This is the Sonos app on Android.

Set up this system absolutely no problems with iPhone app;Beam Gen 22 x IKEA SymphoniskRouter - dual band, however system was previously set up on 5Ghz with no issuesSince changing to an android phone - not one of my Sonos products will connect to the WiFi, telling me I’m using the incorrect password or to reset my router. My router has not changed. Everything is the same except I am now using Android app to set up the system.I will add- I have tried all of the reset methods on each speaker, reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried though both bands of the router - same result.

I set up a pair of Era 300s and a Sub 4 in my living room. I also set up a single Era 300 and Sub Mini in my bedroom. When I used Trueplay on setup, I was excited as to how Dolby Atmos songs would sound since the pinging during Trueplay sounded like it was coming from all directions (the pinging during Trueplay is actually quite impressive). I have read numerous discussions where people rave about the experience when listening to Dolby Atmos songs; however, I hear no difference whether the Spatial Music toggle is on or off.I am using Apple Music directly through the Sonos app, the height audio is set to 10, the Spatial Music toggle is on, and the “Dolby Atmos” icon is present in the song art. Nonetheless, there is zero difference in the sound when the Spatial Music toggle is turned off. Any suggestions?

In short, I’m unable to add any content from Plex to Sonos Favorites anymore since the big app update. Adding an album makes it appear but greyed out and which you can’t select. It also appears to be added as a song. See photo below showing first two albums greyed out.  All my Sonos favorites not greyed out are from Plex before the app update & play fine. Adding albums or content to Sonos favorites from Spotify, Bandcamp etc also works as normal. This was mentioned in a post 5 months ago so am assuming it’s an ongoing bug?

I am having continued problems with my Sonos system. I cannot select or play any of my speakers using the app despite having reset the entire system and started again. I have also updated the network on each product.  in the system screen the products shown have no volume slider and don’t display the last thing played. I used to be able to use Alexa to play my speakers instead of the app, but now Alexa repeats my request and says the content is playing but the speaker remains silent. also a NEW issue today is that the Roam I have in the kitchen is not showing. I have done a factory reset and gone through and completed the whole process is adding it as a new speaker which the app said was successfully completed, but amazingly it still does not show as part of my system. what is going on !!! It is shocking that supposedly premium plug and play consumer products can be so buggy they are unusable. I am using the IOS version of the app (fully updated) and my system includes: One, Beam Gen2,

for the life of me there is nothing on google or in the help center that shows how to switch to and from bluetooth in the sonos app? i want to one minute use spotify connect and then the next minute connect to it via bluetooth. how do you switch inputs from the app? the feature used to be there before the app mess happened.

Has anyone experienced issues with their Sonos speakers dropping out when streaming through AirPlay? I'm using a Sonos One and frequently face disconnections when trying to stream music from my iPhone. Any tips on improving the connection or troubleshooting this issue?

Is this a stand alone speaker, powered?  Does it require an amp connection?  I have a Sonos amp, but of course it doesn’t work because of all the software issues.  I bought another amp I can use if required.  What other Sonos equipment is required to run it?

Sonos Bean connected LG tv through hdmi arc and I connected surround composed by Sonos one Sonos one SL but both column stay with stable green led and have no sound. Also can’t do truepay.

Hi,Is it possible to know the status of my advanced replacement? It was created on Tuesday morning and I haven’t received a shipping number or a shipping notification. I was told I would receive it no later than today.Thank you,

I have a Sonos Move that will not connect to my phone. This has happened many dozens of times since I got the speaker, which is unacceptable. I factory reset it, again. Now it won't let me complete the setup in the app. It keeps saying my wifi password is wrong. It is not. My wifi is fine. I have not changed my wifi. I have not moved. Nothing at all has changed. There is clearly a problem with the speaker itself.  I've spent hours on this, and am so frustrated.  Please help!

My Sonos system does not recognize my new Ace headphones. My Bluetooth network has added the Ace headphones.  I have tried to unrecognized the headphones as well as reset factory settings.

Hi, my boost is missing from the app, any fixes for this? Tried the normal reset. Thanks

Hi,I am trying to login to sonos via Google Home or Google Assistant. Both are launching a new “browser like” window trying to access login.ws.sonos.com - however no access is gained to that site.Others experiencing same issue ?

Historically, I’ve just used my Sonos Move on my iPhone, connecting simply through bluetooth directly. To do that, I simply pressed the bluetooth button to enable connectivity and then would pair it on my phone. Then it would populate in my list of bluetooth devices. However, after trying to add this speaker to a system of two Play 5 gen 1 speakers I’m running via the S1 controller app on my iphone, I can no longer turn on the bluetooth discover function on the Move speaker.Even after factory reset, where the speaker goes into blinking green mode, the bluetooth button is now unresponsive. No matter now long I press the bluetooth button, the speaker just keeps blinking green.Adding the speaker to the S1 system was WAY WAY too difficult, so I just want to go back to simple direct bluetooth connection, but something in the attempted setup process seems to have broken the speaker.Or maybe I’m overlooking something? Please help.

Hello.I have Sonos Beam (Gen 1) and Gigabyte M28U monitor.I havePC connected through Display Port Macbook Pro M2 connected through USB-C port.Monitor has KVM switch built-in, no ARC/eARC HDMI ports. How can I connect this soundbar to the monitor so it will switch between these devices? What I should buy and how to wire it?Unfortunately, using AirPlay is not an option as I cannot have this big latency.

I connected the beam soundbar and 2 SYMFONISK speakers. But my TV remote only controls the Beam. I have to operate SYMFONISK via the app. How do I solve this? Thank you in advance

HiI’m flicking between low, medium and high on the arc ultra as well as off and I’m struggling to tell any difference.I’m happy with the dialogue with it off but to me speech enhancement doesn’t seem to be working when I enable it.I haven’t yet tuned my arc ultra via true play, unsure if that’s the reason.Anyone else find speech enhancement not making any difference to the dialogue?

I have changed my router, reset my Sonos products, deleted then readded to Amazon then when I ask Alexa to play anything it announces what it plays but there is no audio

Problème sonos france inter

I see this is an old (+6 yrs) issue in this community, but is there ANY way to import playlists with more than 50-60 songs?? This limitation is very annoying since my last added songs can never be played on my Sonos system (unless I split the playlists, which isn’t really a good solution). Thanks for any help in this! I’m using Youtube Music when importing to my Sonos system.

Hi,I want to connect my Lp-player with cables to a Connect Amp Gen 2 (which I have to buy). Will this work together with my two Play1 and one Play3 speakers? Also when I want to add new type os sonos speakers in the future? Thanks for your input! Kr, Bas

Anyone have issues with Sonos Roam playing Apple Music?? I have always gotten an error and continue to get an error and it will not play no matter how many time I connect to my account.

I have a Sonos Playbar and a pair of Era 100’s.  I want the Era’s to play the same audio that the Playbar is playing and I don’t want to set them up as surrounds.  This is so I don’t have to have the Playbar as loud due to audio traveling in my house. Is there a way to group those three speakers together such that I don’t have to go into the app each time I want to watch TV or listen to music and pair them together?  Also, my TV remote will only change the volume of the Playbar and not the Era speakers.I just want to be able to use the one remote and control all three speakers without having to touch the app. Thank you, in advance, for all of the help! -eric

Hello, I would like to hook up my old Playbar with MAC over AirPlay in my office.  Would Wiim Mini or Belkin adapter AUZ002VFBK do the job? Both have optical connector.  thanks
