My wife and I both got a new iPhone 16 Pro Max. Mine connects to our existing system perfectly. Hers can’t find our system. I have reset the app on her phone. Still can’t find system on her phone.

Is it possible to stream music videos through the Port when using Airplay.Currently using iTunes to through my phone  to a Port and playing music through my hifii. I also have a Samsung frame TV and wondered on how I could stream the music videos to that whilst still playing through the hifi. I’m guessing it isn’t possible using the Port?

Is it still not available for iPad Air m2 to use Trueplay? Seems it’s been a long time already. Or do I miss something?

I have no way to use whole home sonos & help desk not able to solve why most rooms/options have been removed, No solve in site. room deleted and we are not able to add back in. Only arc & beam in bedrooms work. Has anyone heard of a solve to bring “whole home” back on line? A ton of $ spent and the app has no use

I want to know why my playbase has its own network that my phone can’t access. Because of this I still can’t connect my playbase and use it.

So I'm using my Beam as my primary front channel. I'm wondering if I'm able to use two One speakers along with my Beam for a front setup? Just have the Beam for voices, while the two One's for all other sounds? I'm also using a Sonos subwoofer.  Thank you in advance!

I can't reset my headphones. The light is purple, not white not blue

Hi, I have a question about SONOS Port capability before I buy it:My current setup:I have a SONOS 5 (Family Room) and a set of paired SONOS 1's (Office).  I play from an iTunes library on a Macbook. Everything works great.I also have in the basement an old school stereo system, with amp, turntable, cd player, tape deck, graphic equalizer.  Think 1982.Question -- Does the SONOS Port enable both:1. Play vinyl from my turntable (or CDs, or tape) and hear it on my SONOS system speakers along with the the speakers attached to the stereo amp.2. Play iTunes digital music over SONOS system and have it go through Port to my stereo amp & speakers. Is it one, the other, or both? Thanks,Rolf Hargis

Can someone please advise in simple terms,...can I connect my old CD player from my HiFi stacking system to Era 100 ?I want to play my CDs through the Era100 with no other equipment in a simple two piece set up.I believe I use the Sonos Line In adaptor with other cable adaptors, but what do I need at the back of my CD Player ? I have Analogue Output LR and Digital Output Coaxial ?And very importantly, no sort of Amplifier required ?I have trawled the advice online but cannot find a straight forward answer. Thanks all.

My Sonos arc isn’t recognized by Samsung Q70C Qled using the eArc hdmi input. So it’ll switch between trying to connect to the Arc and the tv speakers. This has been going on for months. Has anybody been able to solve this problem? I see this is a problem going back four years, maybe more. I’ve seen people try lots of different solutions but nothing really definitive. Samsung is aware of this problem and as far as I know, they just don’t care because there hasn’t been a fix. Unplugging the TV and waiting five minutes isn’t a solution. It’s a band aid. if I had known, this was gonna be a problem I never would’ve bought this Samsung. My Arc upstairs has zero problems with my LG tv. So frustrating!

Hi.My play 1s and play 3s I know are a few years old now but they do not work well with the new app.App doesn't respond just freezes or still shows song that was playing 10 mins ago.My Play 5 gen 2s are fine probably because they are newer.I can't afford to buy newer speakers. Is there anything I can do? My WiFi is fast at 500 mb so no speed issues.

Hi - I recently purchased a Roku TV and a Sonos Ray, but I am unable to pair the Roku remote with the Ray. Are there any options available to accomplish this? Is there a different Roku remote that I can purchase to pair with the Ray? TIA for any help/direction!

Hello, this is a new issue.  Various speakers cut out randomly only when input is from TV.   Using music feeds from app works fine.  Any ideas?

I have a Sonos one which is blue tooth enabled.i have bought a pro-Ject Blue Tooth Turntable and it won’t connect to my Sonos One speaker.I understand that to pair my speaker with a device, I need to press and hold the blue tooth button on my Sonos until the light on the top flashes blue. Here lies the problem. It doesn’t. It flashes orange. Red. Green and white. Never blue.I have factory reset the device, and tried everything that I have read on line but nothing works. The turntable connected immediately with my headphones (not Sonos) so I know that the turntable is not the problem.I have lost hours trying to resolve. Any help in laymen’s terms would be welcomed.

Hello to allCan we connect a Sub (Gen3) to a play:5 (Gen2)? Thanks

Bonjour,Impossible d'installer voici contrôle ou Alexa.Depuis mon tél, sur sonos, je lance l'installation, mais un message d'erreur apparait en fin de chargement. Merci de votre aide.Sonos Era 100 Loïc

I just purchased a Beam 2 and it connects to the TV fine and plays audio, no problem. However, I’m unable to get it working in the Sonos app.It shows Not Registered and then there’s a button that says “Fix it”So I click on “Fix it”, then it says “There was a problem checking for updates - Error code 1’000”. Then I click “Try again” - it says “Checking for updates”. Then it says “We couldn’t update your Beam. Check your network connection and try again later”.I’ve tried absolutely everything: restarted my router, my phone, and the Beam. Checked that the Sonos app is up to date. Tried with Beam on ethernet and Beam on wifi. I don’t have a complex network set up, just a single home wifi network. Please help. I’m losing my mind.

I now get the Amazon Music "Something Went Wrong. Try Again" multiple times a day, every day. I do not have Alexa enabled on any of my speakers. My account is valid and in good standing, I reauthorize my account, restart the app, re-boot the speakers, all to no avail. It eventually goes away, but it’s extremely frustrating.

Alexa answers and says the command given but then nothing happens  Ie ill say Alexa play Xmas songs  it replies saying the xmas station by Amazon music but then nothing plays ???

I can connect my Play:1 and use it when it’s connected via Ethernet to the router, but 30 seconds or so after I disconnect the music stops, and play:1 cannot be found on the app. Sad. I have deleted/redownloaded the app + done a factory reset. What else can I try?

I moved a couple of months ago. I haven’t been able to setup my Sonos speakers after the move. I reset all Sonos One and Sonos SL speakers to factory settings to start with a clean slate as just plugging them in didn’t work. Problem I get now, is that I can’t connect them to my Wifi to complete the setup. One time I got the “error 1,000” error. One time a speaker connected, indicated that it first needed to update it’s software (firmware/?) in order to work → but updating that software couldn’t be completed. I tried connecting them with an ethernet cableI reset the routerI removed and downloaded the sonos app on my iphoneNothing seems to work. Any tips?

Cómo saber si estoy escuchando dolby atmos ?

So I had a question regarding automatic connecting through the Sonos app. I currently have a near seamless connection once I navigate through the app and click a couple of things. But I have a problem with the fact that once the TV has been powered on, I have to manually connect my roam 2 stereo setup to the beam. Now at last the question, is it possible at all to automatically connect the stereo paired roams to the Beam once it plays audio from the TV?

Hi, Sonos 1 SL, noticing a deterioration in sound quality, a crackle. Anyone else have same and a remedy? Thanks,

I have an unusual situation.. I originally setup the beam 2 with an older 55” LG TV using optical input (no Earc) with an Apple TV 4k. Worked fine. Then purchased a new 65” Hisense U7. Moved the Beam 2 to the Hisense tv. Kept the LG in the same room. Now the Apple remote controls both TV’s volumes. Apple TV remote is set to IR TV only, not Auto. Any ideas?
