Still missing the entire house from new app

I have no way to use whole home sonos & help desk not able to solve why most rooms/options have been removed, No solve in site. room deleted and we are not able to add back in. Only arc & beam in bedrooms work. Has anyone heard of a solve to bring “whole home” back on line? A ton of $ spent and the app has no use

Not much indication of detail in your post, so I’ll start with a much more generic answer. Try wiring a single Sonos device to your router with an Ethernet cable, wait five minutes, then open your controller.

In order to provide any better potential solution, you’ll need to provide this community a lot more information beyond ‘it doesn’t work’.
