Bonsoir tous,Hier j’ai streamé de la musique via mon iPhone sur mon beam 1 et aucun souci. lorsque j’ai quitté le programme de musique sur mon iPhone pour regarder la télé tout fonctionnait également bien.Et maintenant j’ai un souci : lorsque j’éteins la télé la musique se met en route toute seule.  Je ne comprend pas d’où ça vient.  Je met mon iPhone en mode avion et ça continue … le plus embêtant c’est quand ça se met en route la nuit …qui aurait une idée ? Moderator edit:Google Translate-Good evening everyone,Yesterday I streamed music via my iPhone to my beam 1 and no problem. Hello. Im Ralf and writing from Estonia. I recently purchased new sonos Arc Ultra and older Sub gen3. Really appreciatethe sound quality and sub plays really low. Definitely planning to buy dual subs one day. And i had an product idea for you guys. Dear Sonos. Lets name it Sub Ultra (Gen1) . Idea would be that it would fill the precious needs of bassheads and bigger rooms with powerful and low bass. Becayse the arc ultra allready sounds so friking big, loud and good then i feel like the sub cant keep up woth it to the end. And dont get me wrong. Sub is awesome allready. And fits well everywhere with its size and design. But hear me out….. SUB ULTRAVisually Same design as regular sub gen 3 and 4. But….. Bigger. Same dual woofer system but…..instead of dual 8 inches it would be dual 10inches… So not overkill so it would not get too heavy and big but would maybe be possible to produce 20hz as its lowest frequencies. But more inportant it wouldnt lose its power compared to sound that other

We have a problem with a customer's system. The system correctly detects 3 SONOS ONES but when we try to add a fourth player the app detects it but then the message "unable to add SONOS ONE to account" appears. The same happens when we try to add a Port. On the login page (https://sonos.com/login) after entering email and password appears the warning "system not registered require validation email" Could this be the cause of the problem? 

I know that the new/current Nov 2024 Sonos app can’t be used to browse DNLA servers as a music source, but using other apps it is still possible to send files from a DNLA or UPnP server to play on my Sonos Beam Gen 2. I turned off the automatic app and firmware upgrades in May though. Does anyone know if more recent firmware keeps the option to play over UPnP to my Sonos speaker? I’d be tempted to try the new version of the Sonos app+firmware if I knew that I wouldn’t loose the UPnP playback direct to the speaker.

So I share a library with a bunch of people which is run by a friend of a friend. Intermittently I get buffering issues playing movies and I'm being told it's the lack of DTS-HD/MA codecs that is causing it. This is the message the guy sent me: "The issue is likely your Sonos soundbar like mentioned before. It’s limited codec capabilities, can’t process DTS-HD MA or DTS-X. Suggest trying to stream supported codecs." I use a Sonos arc and a shield TV pro. The Sonos arc is plugged into the eARC port of my Sony Bravia x90l TV. Right now I've changed the shield TV settings audio format to be AUTO and when I check the Sonos app it shows DTS surround. So besides the buffering, it also doesn't sound as good without the DTS-HD. Can anyone with similar experience provide some insights? 

Dears, Following the launch of the new app I lost all access to my local NAS ( Synolgy) .from my android APP Sonos. Following several updates of the APP, I understand that this was fixed. However until today I still encounter a no access to my local library. I have followed the instruction given by Sonos. Changed the SMB min to 2/3 on my NAS Synology and reboot it. I am running the last version of the NAS OS. I have added my access and path to my NAS on my Sonos APP. ( ok, no issues), I have launch a library update/new scan ( ok, it run and give me the "completed" task message at the end of the scan. My lical music link does show on my Sonos app and I can selected ( arriving to the scran woth the various browsing section from artis name, album... until folder browsing) BUT when try to select any of the possible way to explore my library I have an "something went wrong"  error ( grey box, nu number, no info) and cannot go further. And of course I lost all my playlist or they do not disp

I have multiple Sonos components, Beams, Sub, Amp, Roam, Play 3s, Ones and the whole system used to work just fine through the whole house. At some point (and I must admit I followed the crowd and blamed it on one of the updates), the two units at the furthest end of the house started playing up. Disappearing from the system, losing connection, etc. They are a pair of Ones, linked as a stereo pair. Anyway eventually I took acloser look and the whole system had switched over to WM:1, uncommanded. It had always been on Sonosnet and had been fine. The two troublesome units are borderline outside the wifi range for the house. My Amp was the primary unit and was still wired to the router, so I switched it to wired but that hasn't fixed it. It shows WM:0 in the system but everything else is still WM:1 and the problem persists (the rest of the system is fine, but it is well within range of the router). I can’t find a way to switch the rest of the system over to Sonosnet again. Is there a quic

I installed Arc ultra, Sub gen3, and Era 100 today. Everything works except TRUEPLAY. Iphone 14, Iphone 15 pro max, everything is up to date. I only succeeded with my ipad pro, but it's the short trueplay. Trueplay doesn't work with my iphones???

My beam 2 has suddenly stopped working tonight. Was showing spdif. Then I reset my wifi sting which seemed to go ok. No the app is showing no content. I’ve got beam 2 and a couple of Sonos ones connected to my lg g4 Fed up with Sonos lately. Seriously thinking about replacing my set upAny suggestions?

While I am encouraged that the IOS app continues to improve, there are still (at least) two missing features that are important to me. (1) Still don't have the alphabet shortcuts on the Music Library. I have a huge collection and attempting to scroll across ~2,000 artists is nearly impossible, (2) a track count in my music library so I know where I stand against the 65,000 limit (this feature used to exist). Does anyone know if/when these features are coming?

I am unable to download the pdf version of the product guide for the Arc Ultra. The button seems to do nothing. Am I missing something or is ther an ongoing issue with the site?

I have been using Sonos for nearly 15 years, but I've been having so much trouble recently that I'm considering switching brands. So, unless someone can give me the solution to Spotify on Android just not seeing my Sonos devices, can anyone recommend a different brand of speakers that will have a soundbar for my TV, do multiroom playback, and work seemlessly with Spotify? 

I can usually just unpause my Play5 first generation and it would play the last station that I had playing but it no longer allows me. Any idea what might be going on snd how to resolve this? 

So, I’ve have the very first soundbar Sonos has made along with the some of the surrounds like Sonos 5 speakers.  Unfortunitly,  they were deemed unsupported after a while, so I was unable to make them work. I actually trashed them and it was so hard to see them go.  Just this past year I purchased another set… this time an Arc soundbar + sub.  It’s only been a year and now both also deemed unsupported.  Wow, what a waste of money on my part even though I love the sound they produce.  NOW,  Sonos has a newer Arc Soundbar and Sub, BUT I don’t want to purchase another pair for a crazy amount again!!  It hasn’t even been that long since I purchased my last set. Then to only give me 15% off for another speaker??? fml!! My question … will my Arc and Sub not work too after a while like my original set since they will not support it with new software? 

Hi All I am trying to set up the newest (1.5) Stream What You Hear app as a radio station in “Tune In” on the Sonos app.  I know it can work because I have it set up in another residence. However, the latest version of SWYH doesn't offer any of the operational settings described here, at least that I can locate: https://www.howtogeek.com/292842/how-to-stream-any-audio-from-your-pc-to-a-sonos-player/Does anyone know the correct streaming URL for the latest version of SWYH to create a new radio station on “Tune In?"? Does anyone have an updated source of setup instructions for SWYH 1.5?  The web site itself is of no use. I have not purchased a Sonos system yet, but am designing my layout and could use the community’s feedback.  We are completing a remodel where we now have a long great room with Kitchen, Dining, and Living Room. all in a row if looking down the room.  My initial plan is that the Living Room will have a tv with an Arc Ultra Soundbar (this all faces towards the dining/kitchen area).  Above the Dining Table I plan to have a pair of architectural speakers, and above the kitchen island another pair of architectural speakers.My question is can I use the speakers above the dining table as surround speakers for the tv?  I assume this answer is yes, based on my readings you would just set them as surround speakers in the living room I believe.  Where it gets trickier is that we also hope at times to simply play music throughout the entire great room.  Will those ceiling speakers above the dining table play well in this scenario, or require new configuration anytime we go between tv watching w/s

Hi sonos fam,I have a Sony TV with an HDMI ARC output and two Sonos Move speakers (original model) set up as a stereo pair. I'm interested in expanding this setup by adding a Sonos Beam Gen 2 and a Sub Gen 3 subwoofer. My plan is to connect the Beam Gen 2 to the HDMI ARC on my Sony TV.Would I be able to play the TV sound through the Beam Gen 2 in stereo mode and extend that stereo sound to the Sonos Move stereo pair? Additionally, would the Sub Gen 3 function correctly within this setup? appreciate the help~ SoundSeeker ~

Do you know how to fix my Sonos Ace to produce sound and get the mic to work on Windows 11? I’ve tried all the steps you could think of, but nothing has worked. I‘ve been uninstalling and reinstalling the hardware devices. Help! TIA!  

Hi all, I have the Sonos Ark with SL1 spks for right and left surround sound behind me. I have the sonos amp and sub as well.My questions is I don't feel that I get much from the Ark upfiring spks!(set to max in app) Could I add two ceiling spks to give me better sound from above? Hello Sonos Support Team, I’m experiencing an issue with connecting my Sonos device to Wi-Fi. Despite entering the correct Wi-Fi password, the device fails to connect under any circumstances. I’ve tried multiple times to ensure the password is correct, but the connection still does not establish. Could you please assist me in troubleshooting this issue? Hi,  I just hooked up my new Sonos Arc Ultra to my Samsung Q90R TV via HDMI port 3 for eARC. All seemed to be working well, but when I play content from an app like Netflix or HBO Max the audio stutters while the video works fine.The settings let me select pass through when I'm sitting on HDMI 3 and then it doesn't let me do pass through when I'm in the HBO Max app, just lets me choose dd or dd+. From reading online should pass through be selected in the HBO Max app? It won't let me do that as it's greyed out when I go into any apps. Is there a fix for this, hopefully something which doesn't require me to buy a new TV? Was really looking forward to enjoying Atmos content. Happy to send a screenshot over too, just couldn't figure out how to do that.Notably youtube works fine, but that seems to default to PCM.

Hi,I have two ERA 300 speakers running as a group in my living room.When I try to play via Airplay sound only comes from one speaker.If I manually power on the second speaker in the group I get a message that my Apple Music subscription is only for one device.Airplay is seeing the two grouped speakers as two devices.If the speakers are then connected as a stereo pair both speakers work fine.Is there any way around this issue? Dan

I got a new iPhone, same iPhone 14 and cannot get my Sonos components back on line. Deleted Sonos app, reset Sonos app, reset my amps to factory settings and still cannot connect. Any help is appreciated.
