I have an Arc Ultra with 2 paired Era 300s in a Living Room system.   If Sonos Voice Control is setup on the Arc Ultra, should enable it also on the paired Era 300s also or would this confuse the system?

There will be no confusion between the speakers and the soundbar.

You can install Sonos Voice Control on both surrounds if you wish, the speaker that picks up the voice command most clearly will be the only one that responds.

I hope this helps.
