Sonos App - Voice Control to play from own library

Question

I just bought 2xERA 100 and 1xBeam (Gen2) (still waiting for delivery of Beam). I used S1 until yesterday for my 4 Play:1 and Connect. For a very long time it has been possible to update the app, I have waited since Connect is not compatible, but now I decided to take the step. And I wish I would not have!! I do not have to repeat what so many have said already concerning playlists (unfortunately I did not know until today after setup and testing). But I am asking, WHEN is it coming? Another question I have: I really hope it will be possible to use voice control to play songs from my own library! If that is not coming I will certainly return my new speakers.

Hi ​@marka590, welcome to the Sonos Community!There isn’t a firm ETA on when playlist creation and editingwill return in the Sonos app. For now, it’s recommended to usethe Sonos Desktop Controller tomanage playlists.Regarding using Sonos Voice to control your music library: there’s nothing in the works for this that I can see andI assume this would be treated as a feature request. I’d be happy to forward this along to the relevant team for their consideration.
