arrive DOA, has anyone else received product DOA for Certified Refurbished Products

Odd. I’ve not purchased any refurbs from Sonos, although a bunch of open box items from Best Buy. I’d think ‘Certified’ means they’re checked over before being shipped. You may want to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
