I can't reset my headphones. The light is purple, not white not blue

So just to let y'all know I was on the phone with Sonos for 2 hours yesterday and yeah the reset and all that won't work for the situation. The reason the purple light happened was because when I was in my Best buy store I my display was not working with the headphones that were there so I unplugged them and plugged mine in to see if it would work well of course mine worked and when I unplugged them and reattach the cord to the display it's a theft prevention basically what it is is even if a person is able to get some product out the door the way that cord is it sets a signal to the headphones and so it shuts them down so they can't be used not even reset or anything so Sonos has to send me a new pair for me to to have for my company

Purple isn't on the list, I'd call Sonos support Monday.

Actually there is tons on there about the purple light. But being so I still can't get it to work doing the fixes that they suggest

Interesting reply in this other thread, @Mypondgirl

Where does that information come from?

Still can't find it in the official support documentation but it is far from the only thing missing.

That really should be added as a warning.
