Hi @Lloyd Longfield

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with the Sonos app not detecting your Ace headphones.

With Ace turned on and connect via Bluetooth to your device, please force-close the Sonos app, then re-open - it should then open with the Ace prominent in the app.

If this does not work, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.

Which soundbar are you trying to add the Ace to?

Do you by chance have the (dreaded) Disable WiFi toggle active on your soundbar?

I can never find the Force Close menu option, I just reboot the controller device.
