Sonos Bean connected LG tv through hdmi arc and I connected surround composed by Sonos one Sonos one SL but both column stay with stable green led and have no sound. Also can’t do truepay.

A solid green light usually indicates the speakers have been muted or at volume 0.
Also be sure to set the TV to these settings (if available):
HDMI Input Audio Format: Bitstream
Digital Sound Output: Pass Through
eARC Support: On
