Hi

I’m flicking between low, medium and high on the arc ultra as well as off and I’m struggling to tell any difference.

I’m happy with the dialogue with it off but to me speech enhancement doesn’t seem to be working when I enable it.

I haven’t yet tuned my arc ultra via true play, unsure if that’s the reason.

Anyone else find speech enhancement not making any difference to the dialogue?

So I posted this elsewhere and a few others have noticed the same with speech enhancement not working on the arc ultra.

I thought it may just have been because the different settings are quite subtle, but don't think thats the case.

Anything I should try?

I find it makes a slight difference when ive gone from off to high, nothing incredible though.

I just rebooted my ultra and sub, not got round to testing it again yet, if anything changes I will report back.

Update/

I rebooted and also tuned with quick trueplay,

decided to just do it and hope bass is not effected, seems ok so far.

Anyway speech enhancement is working, not sure if it was the reboot or me running trueplay, but I can finally hear the difference between off and low/medium/high.

I’m having the same problem with my arc ultra, on or off doesn’t make any difference. Tried rebooting, true play on off, different movies, streaming services etc. Is there a fix to this?

besides this problem, I find the atmos underwhelming but that’s a different story.
