I connected the beam soundbar and 2 SYMFONISK speakers. But my TV remote only controls the Beam. I have to operate SYMFONISK via the app. How do I solve this? Thank you in advance

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with controlling the volume of your Home Theatre setup.

Honestly, it sounds like the surround speakers have not actually been configured as surrounds, though, looking at your system, it looks like they have been.

Have you already resolved this issue? If not, please try removing the surrounds from the Beam, then add them back on again:

Settings icon »  room with Beam] » Remove Surrounds

Once done, Settings  » iroom with Beam] » Set up Surrounds.

If this does not resolve the issue, I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
