Hi everyone,I recently changed my home Wi-Fi router, and ever since, my Sonos system won’t connect. I’ve tried resetting the router and reconnecting through the Sonos app, but it keeps saying it can’t find the system. I’ve also ensured my phone is on the same network.Does anyone know the best way to get the speakers to reconnect? Should I factory reset them or is there a simpler fix?Thanks in advance for any tips!

Just installed the new app. But I can’t find where the music library went. Also no option to add a folder to the library  Moderator edit: We have an article with instruction on how to add a music library share on Windows and MacOS. Have a look. 

You guys gonna start a subscription service? I was just thinking of how you guys could be worse of a company than you've already declined. Also, let me be clear: I have no anger towards the staff, or customer support, I am aggravated by the direction whoever has made decisions in the future of your apps which are so frustrating to deal with.

Recent purchase. Unable to get sound to Beam and there's no menu option to add the Beam as an external speaker. I'm using the eArc input 

I have had the beam for several years. There has been issues with the app connecting in the past but it fixes it self and reconnects. This time it is not reconnected. Everything thing in my home is connected as usual except my speaker that was perfect and working until I woke up. All of a sudden the app does not show my speaker or function to adjust settings.  I have tried everything ever forum every trouble shooting technique.  Still not connecting .  It set up as new speaker after factory reset and it completed the entire process and still does not show on the app like it normally does. Disappointing.  

My music library has disappeared and it will not reconnect.  Have made sure it is on SMB3 and it worked up until a week ago.  When trying to add it says it is unable to connect.  All the pathway and user name and password are correct.  What am I missing?

 I’ve had a Sonos Ray sitting dormant in my room for a couple years now and it was purchased as a gift to use as the main speaker system for my player, but we haven’t had any luck connecting the two. Bluetooth connections on the turntable and WiFi connections on the speaker don’t let them connect. I’ve tried a 3.5mm to Optical cable connections between the two and haven’t had luck.I have Bluetooth, line/phono options and an analog out with an RCA cable on the Player and,WiFi connections (with AirPlay available), Ethernet port and the optical port on the Ray.Did it have to be specifically RCA out and not any regular 3.5mm? Is the digital to analog the issue and would a converter work?  Logically the cable should work but it might be Sonos settings that stop it from working? Could it be the phono/line setting on the table or a Sonos app setting that I’ve got wrong that is stopping this from working? Any tips on how to fix this issue?

As if the last Sonos update I can no longer use Alexa to play music on my Sonos products, which unfortunately encompass 100% of my music devices. I say “Alexa play xyz on family room” and Alexa responds, “playing xyz on family room… On family room appears to be offline”. This was never an issue before. Why now?

Hi Everyone,I have an Audio-Technica ATLP60XBT Bluetooth-enabled turntable that I currently connect to a Marshall Bluetooth speaker. I'm trying to figure out if I can connect it to my existing Sonos speakers or if I need to add something to make it work.Here’s my Sonos setup:Move (Gen 1) Beam soundbar (Gen 1) Play 3 Two Play 1sI tried connecting the turntable to the Move via Bluetooth, but it didn’t work. I’ve seen mixed advice in other threads—some people seem to have success, while others don’t.Can I make this setup work? If not, what would you recommend as the best solution—a new speaker, a Sonos Port, or a different turntable?Thanks in advance for any advice!

Just replaced the arc with the arc ultra and my 2 fives and 2 sub gen 3’s disappeared. I’ve reset them multiple times and my router and the app still can’t find them. Any advice? I’m very close to selling all of my speakers if they won’t work.

The ray have the IR-sensor underneath….WTF!?! So stupid. Design is more important than functionality… im forced to put my Sonos Ray with the speaker pointing to my roof….🤯And if you have Samsung the frame with tv module in a cabinet beneath the tv the remote doesn’t work anyway. My god…No aliens has influenced this product, that’s a fact. So stupid… 

So I know we are all sick of talking about this but it’s really got to fever pitch now.My on going issues are still on going with no signs of getting any better. I will just talk about my own personal issues over the last however long now which is too much to even use it anymore.  Slow app, delayed everything, takes about 10 seconds to play next chosen song that’s if it does play it, says unable to add to queue but adds it 50% of the time,  volume literally does what it wants, can’t turn off a track other than asking Alexa to turn it off, we had a house full Christmas Day and it was honestly embarrassing, safe to say nobody who was here will be rushing out for this dream set up!!!  I’ve done the usual things, reboot, wire a speaker to router but whatever I do makes no difference at all. I do think it could be my older play 1s that are causing the problem but there’s not a chance that I’m throwing any money at this for it to still be this bad! I never thought something like this would c

I’ve recently upgraded my WiFi using a Deco mesh system and so I want to try using my system without SonosNet and use it with some speakers wired and some on my WiFi. I understand the way to do this is to disable WiFi on each of the wired units. Using the app on iPhone I select “Disable WiFi”, get the message that it may take some time and then either a “Something Went Wrong” pop up or it does seem to complete the switch off. But either way it stays with WiFi enabled. Is this just me or is there a wider issue with disabling WiFi?And am I wasting my time anyway trying this experiment? My system overall works OK but at times the app is seriously laggy when trying to select music or change volume, I was curious if ditching sonosnet would make things more responsive? Cheers  System is2 x Ports wired3 x Play 1 wired2 x Play 1 Not wired.

Hi have a SONOS 1 system and a new AMP to deliver music to Bose speakers in my room. I have downgraded the AMP to Sonos 1. I play music on iTunes on my PC, and this gets into the Sonos system through my line in of the AMP. This plays without interruption on the many SONOS speakers I have, but the Bose speakers in my room drop out for a second every once in a while. How to ensure that the AMP sufficiently buffers sound for the Bose speakers, connected to the AMP?Thanks in advance for looking into this.

Hi,I have a sonos move in my office and when I connect it to my MacBook pro it plays beautifully. The problem is if I have to pause to take a call or have a conversation - even like 2-3 minutes, the move disconnects and then I have to switch back to MacBook pro speakers and then again to the move. It’s a pain the tukus - is there anyway to set it so that it’s always the speaker and it never disconnects?

I am planning to add an ARC soundbar on my living room TV. I already have 2 ERA 100 paired in that room. I understand my 2 ERA 100 will be able to play music as before and will be used as surround speakers when watching TV. How does this work? What happens if someone is watching TV and at the same time someone else in the house starts playing music in the living room ?I read I will have to unpair the 2 ERA 100 in order to add them as surround speakers. If I do that, what will happen when I want to play music in the living room?I want to make sure I understand everything before buying the ARC.

My Sonos Radio subscription includes a live streaming feed from Radio Klassik Stephansdom. The feed is apparently carried by Tune In.  Recently the feed has been dropped.  How do I restore it?

Trying to troubleshoot my in-laws Sonos PlayBar—not seeing it in the app. I reset the app (S1), nothing. Downloaded the newer app; didn’t see it. Plugged the Ethernet into the WiFi router, nada. Tried to reset the speaker itself by holding the play/pause and mute buttons down while I plugged it back in and the lights never changed from solid white. It hasn’t worked for him for a while—part of the problem is Verizon came in and installed a new router or something and now the optical cable is nowhere to be found. Replacing that is no problem but I should be able to connect the speaker to the local network and at least play music…  thoughts? 

With the new version of Sonos App I just can’t control my move 2 through wi-fi only with Bluetooth. Each time I try to update my speaker an error ocurres 

This has been a recurring theme over multiple posts, and with the holiday and Sonos support not available thought I’d raise this question again. I can’t believe Sonos wouldn’t consider offering extended power cables for the newer devices, similar to their older devices, but here we are, over a year after the Era releases, even with customer demand on these community message boards, and no extended power cables. Has anyone heard about when these will be available for purchase? Thanks. 

HDMI connection randomly stopped working only airplay working now. Have unplugged and restarted several times. 

I have 2 sonos devices.  We recently changed our wifi network.  When we re-linked all of our devices including sonos devices the volume control from google assistant no longer works.  You can put music on and turn it off. But all volume controls including sonos via tv will not work.  As you can imagine, all software updates have been done for sonos, google assistant already.
