This is my first time using Sonus and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can't connect Qobuz, my preferred streaming service, and then I find out that I can't install Spotify either.  Absolute shambles of a product. Disgrace.

Help please! Move won’t update to latest firmware, I get error 37.  I’ve tried using iOS and Windows app.  I’ve Factory Reset the Move multiple times, it looks like it’s resetting, but doesn’t get the Green light, so in fact it’s not done a reset.  Move won’t group with the other speakers. It does show up on the App.  I’ve tried various modem and router power cycles (I know not related but thought I’d try).  Ideas welcome!

I just started using Sonos Voice Assistant and I’m loving the ability to group rooms by voice. I have Groups set up like ‘Upstairs’ and ‘Downstairs’ which include multiple rooms. Can Sonos Voice Assistant recognize Group names? It doesn’t appear so, but I’m hoping others might confirm.

I have added the adapter to the Sony side.sony tv connects then to the playbase. I am having audio sync issues, and worst off, I had it sorted, and then the problem came back a day later. I have tried all the configs on the Sony, and audio delay on Sonos  app, with no luck.does anyone have this setup?I also removed the Apple tv on hdmi3 to remove variables.so simply tv to Sonos.

I’ve had a Sonos One set up in my kitchen for a good few years and it’s always worked fine when I play Spotify tracks via my phone. But recently, when I play a track, an entire channel / audio pan is missing (e.g., I play a rock song that sounds fine on my phone - guitars, bass and drums, but when I play through the Sonos, the guitars are completely missing - it’s just bass and drums).I’ve tried resetting, changing the EQ settings in the app, etc., but nothing works.Any ideas?

Morning all .  Can anyone help. I have a Sonos arc connected to my lg c1 via the arc hdmi. A Panasonic uhd player via hdmi and  ps5 in other HDMI.  TV streams Atmos from say Disney no problem and atmos films on the player again no problem. However when I put an older film in. Like say the other day was watching the 4k of death becomes her. I was only getting stereo pcm. I have tried looking through endless threads on here and changed various settings but still only get pcm. Surely my older films should at least be able to do 5.1 . Anybody got any help at all

Why can I adjust the sound lag in the wrong direction but CANNOT improve it on tv surround setup?Between the Sonos adjustment and the Samsung OLED, I can only make the problem worse.  I waited years to pull the trigger on this setup and (in my wife's words...) "ITS UNWATCHABLE"

I have an Arc Ultra. Era 300’s and Sub Gen 2.  Since upgrading to the ultra from Arc I have noticed that TV commercials are much lower in volume than the show I’m watching.  When watching Football,  the referee mics are also very low.  I did an A/B test using TV speakers and my Sonos system and with the TV speakers the volume is as I would expect.  Anyone else experiencing this?  Thanks.

I own the Sonos Era 100 and have also bought a USB C jack plug “ not from Sonos” and I don't get any sound or Line In is displayed in the app. Does the Sonos Era 100 only work with the original USB adapter? wanted to connect my karaoke bar to the Sonos Era 100

On my iPhone 15 Pro, in My System Settings I have no control of anything in there. It’s telling me to sign out and sign back in to have access to my system settings. It keeps repeating the same messages. Even when I go to Manage it won’t let me sign in. But on my iPad I can sign in and go into my settings. I made sure both my iPhone and S2 app were updated to the latest version. I deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app on the phone. The messages says… “Sonos” Wants to use “Sonos.com” to sign you in. This allows the app and website to share information about you. I hit continue and sign in…. Next message says Sign in as the System Owner, To manage these settings, sign out and sign back in as the owner of this system. It’s on repeat. It won’t let me sign in on my iPhone. Is this part of the update from many months ago. The crazy ass updates that messed everything up? Again, no issues with my iPad. I recently added the Arc to my TV Room and had no issues using my iPhone a week ago. I wante

Hi all. I have a projector that I want to connect to my Sonos wall speakers (no bluetooth). My setup is firestick to hdmi extractor --> 3.5mm jack --> Sonos connect (stereo input) --> symfonisk speakers. The sound is in sync with the picture when it works. But it is very jittery, like it doesn't buffer enough to keep up with the picture. Looking for community suggestions to try to fix this as it is ruining the whole cinema experience I was going for!I didn't go for a soundbar because the projector screen is in front of a floor to ceiling window (i.e. it comes down from the ceiling when in use) and so a soundbar would be in the way, or or the ceiling giving a strange sound vibe. This seems to mean no arc? Thanks

My system exists of a beam gen1 and sub gen 1 in the living room and 1 one in the kitchen.I wanted to connect my old cd-player or recordplayer to my system. I managed to get my hands on a second hand sonos connect gen2.I installed the connect to my system. Updated it etc.I can see a “line-IN” option in my homescreen in the S2 app under sources. When i select this Line-IN, i get another screen which shows the connect. After that nothing happens. On my test setup, met old cd-player is connected to the IN ports red and white.I tested the cd-player with a receiver to make sure there was signal coming out of the cd-player,

I’ve inherited a Sonos system in a new(old) house and trying to get it to work. I have managed to get the amp working with speakers in two rooms but having no luck setting up a surround sound system in my tv room. The playbar connects ok to the tv and I have sound from it. However, the two Play 1’s in the TV room (different room from where I’m using the amp and other speakers) won’t work and I’m getting the message - Connection - ‘An Ethernet cable, wired to your router, is required to allow WiFi to be disabled,’Since my playbar and tv are far removed from the router, this is pretty impracticalWhat am I doing wrong and how do I fix it ?

Hello. Until recently, I only had a 5GHz wifi and was not activating/using at all the 2.4GHz band in the house for anything (my Sonos Ones and Era are on 5GHz)I acquired a Sonos Ray recently, and this product only connects to 2.4GHz wifi, so I created a new separated SSID on this band just for that. However as I had to add this network in the Sonos app, now all my other speakers decided to use this 2.4GHz band as well.Is there no way to choose which network each product should use ?

I have a connectivity issue that traces to the motherboard. Power supply is functional.  Is there a way to buy a replacement motherboard?
