Beam (2nd gen) & Ikea Syfonisk surround connection

Currently, I  have a SONOS BEAM (gen2), a SYFONISK Lamp, and a SYFONISK bookshelf model from the IKEA collaboration.

I want to set them up in surround sound, but I can't do it on the app.

It says that the product is not found.

(They are also connected to wifi and function as speakers.)

Do I need to use the same sub-speakers?

For example,

Sonos Beam (gen2) and Syfonisk Lamp x2

or

Sonos Beam (gen2) and Syfonisk Bookshelf x2

If anyone knows, please let me know.

Only speakers of the same model can be used as surrounds, although the SYMFONISK Floor lamp and SYMFONISK Table lamp (Gen 2) are related models and can be used together as surround speakers. Read more here:

Hello,

We have exactly the same problem, we have a beam + 2 One that we would like to link to a symfonisk lamp + a bookshelf symfonisk. Is it possible?

Have you found a solution?

thanks a lot

Not as surrounds, any Sonos ‘front’ device in a home theater setup can have a single pair of surround speakers. However, for music playback, you can always ‘group’ the rooms together.
