 Why does opening a user created playlist in Amazon Music often not show the 3dot button that takes you to the 5 different choices?  Instead there is a single 3dot button that opens a screen with the one choice Save to Sonos Favorites. After enough unnecessary close-open-close-open-open a different playlist-etc. I can finally get the choices used for playing the playlist.    

If I use Apple Music or Spotify I have to constantly adjust the volume of songs. Very annoying. I never had that on my Sonos units at home but do at the office. If I connect via bluetooth it seems to be more consistent but via the Sonos app it’s ridiculous. I have a lot of older Sonos equipment so still using the original App. Don’t know if upgrading the equipment would make a difference. Again, same equipment at home and works fine. Any advice is welcome. Thanks

Hello All,am new to the Sonos Family and currently very impressed with speakers. Everything seems to operate correctly with CEC control but i can’t seem to play Dolby TrueHD audio from Plex using a 2019 Shield TV pro. The video plays fine with when using the TrueHD track, does not pass through the audio - there is no sound. The specs indicate that the Arc Ultra can support TrueHD tracks.What am i doing wrong?Also, i believe that the Arc Ultra does not support DTS-HD or DTS-X. Is there a way to trick to system to play those tracks by modifying the HDFury VRROOM setting or are those formats just not compatible with the Arc?Again… thanks for any help or suggestions here.Connection - Shield TV pro - HDFury VRRoom to Arc Ultra and Epson LS11000 separately.Tony  

I’m new to Sonos.  Took the dive with theatre completion: Sub4, 2xEra300s.  Now I have 45 days to see if they are worth the $$$.  I’ve deep dived many conversations here, but still cannot achieve Dolby Atmos.  This reminds me if building my Jeep… all the mixed info and dependencies on component and OS providers - ugh - my head hurts.First Impression:  Adding the sub and surrounds, moving my Arc out from under my TV which may have been blocking drivers and trying to establish Dolby Atmos, but getting from Dolby 2.0 output to Dolby multichannel PCM 2.0 -- the Arc came alive.  Much better, but not good enough to keep the Era300s yet.My system:Samsung QN85QN85BDF- Arc input to HDMI 3 eARC, Sound Output set to same.- External Devices:  Anynet+ (HDMI CEC) on- Expert Settings: HDMI-eARC Mode - Auto,  Digital Output - Auto, Dolby Atmos - on, (Pass Thru not active)Sonos:  Arc, Sub4, Era300 surroundsSource:  Xfinity StreamingI’ve tried “The Voice” broadcast in Dolby WAV to allow Atmos, MNF on ES

Hi community! Since I have a Sonos Arc soundbar and a pair of Sonos Era 300 speakers in my living room, I'm looking for a solution to easily switch from a Music configuration (era 300x 2 in stereo) to a Movie configuration (arc + era 300x2 in surround), without having to do the tedious and time-consuming manual configuration. For example, is it possible to create a room for the first configuration and a room with the second configuration? Knowing, of course, that it's the same pair of Era 300. Thanks for the help ! 

Hi Sonos Loves, I recently got a pair of Sonos Era 100 speakers, and they worked perfectly for about a week. However, AirPlay has stopped functioning. While Bluetooth and the Sonos app are working fine, the AirPlay issue has been quite frustrating.I have an iPhone 12 with the latest iOS, and I’ve updated all firmware and the Sonos app. I’ve also tried several community-recommended tips, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Appreciate any tips

I just bought a Sub 4 to connect to one of my two rooms: living room or Basement tv.  the sub easily connects and disconnects from the living room but I cannot get it to connect to my Arc Ultra in the basement tv room.  any suggestions?

I’ve invested thousands and supported Sonos since it’s inception but all of my devices never work properly and go Missing regularly or the sound won’t turn up or down…..I’ve followed the whole app saga and been patient but it still makes my investment almost worthless……I even did the ceo@sonos suggestion and dint even receive the courtesy of an auto response……is the next step grouping together for class action or should we continue to wait?…..literally an audiophile with my audio cut off by my investment mistake!

SONOS app on Apple iPadBrightspeed Fiber with GigaSpire BLAST u6.2 Router I have used SONOS for years with both DSL and Spectrum cable. Today I had Brightspeed Fiber installed. The router has one SSID for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz. Sonos products are not found on the network and of course will not connect. Have tried …Disabling the 5GHz radio in order to make ONLY 2.4GHz available Disabling the router firewall entirely so there was no filtering of traffic in or traffic outAnd assistance would be greatly appreciated. I’m all out of ideas to make SONOS work. Thank you !!!

I recently upgraded from arc+ play 1's to arc ultra + era 100I made a quick trueplay with my android app , but i don't know why we can't set manually surround distance ( greyed After the procédure) after that.I doesn't make sense since quick trueplay doesn't adjust listening position ( Don't tell me to do advanced trueplay, it never sets a good listening position between surrounds since years....)

Hi,  I have an Arc and sub and I was thinking of adding my 2 Sonos Ones as rear speakers. The issue I am having is that the power cord does not reach the wall plug. I need a 3 meter power cord and I can not seem to find any. My wall plug is just a 2 pin power point, so I can not use an extension lead. Any suggestions or know where I can buy a 3 meter power cord for the Sonos One?

Hi, my Sonos-App on iOS shows the following under Settings → Switch SystemSonos System (1) [5 Rooms] Sonos System (2) [5 Rooms]So if i switch between the systems, nothing obviously changes in the app. If run “Forget System” in the app and “Join an existing system”, it shows “Multiple Systems found” and then lists all my Era 100s and Arc Ultra in System one system, and my 2 Sonos One SLs in another system. When i join any of them, my app is like before (i.e. i see all rooms and speakers and can control them)If they are split, some things can be only done by actively switching the systems, for example if i want to unpair or pair my One SLs into a Stereo set, that only works if i switch to Sonos System (2) (which contains only the One SLs i believe).I already tried factory resetting one of the two One SL and before re-adding it to a system and i made sure i’m in Sonos System (1) before adding the One SL, however, after forgetting the system and rejoining, it still shows them listed in Son

I have the following problem.I had my Gen 1 system working for many years, and today (me stupid) I pressed update..And here are the problems:My play 3 and 5 (1st gen) speakers stopped to playAsking to update but of course won t update because it is not compatible SO I reset play 3 to factory settings on SONOS app,  and downgraded to S1 , but not sure about the result I cannot add it to sonos S1 appPlay 5 was also reset, but I can t even see it on Sonos app, What I am doing wrong?From 6 speakers only 3 are working ( 2 pcs play one, and connect)2 pcs Play 5 and one Play 3 not working

Hi there, I have a Foxel iQ4 box, a Sony KD-49X8000H and a Sonos Beam (gen 2) soundbar. I currently have the Beam connected to the TV using the HDMI-ARC output. This configuration appears to work well, but I’m interested in getting the best performance from my system.Q1. Is this the best way to conect the soundbar to the TV?Q2. I have the option of sending audio from the TV to the soundbar in either PCM or compressed Dolby format. Which is the best option to use for the Beam to optimize sound quality?Thanks, Andrew

However, I’m now trying to figure out if it will work with my Sonos home theater setup to get Dolby Atmos sound streaming.Here’s my setup:Hisense Canvas 65 (being shipped) Sonos Beam (Gen 2) Era 100s (as surrounds) Mini SubI don’t plan to connect any external devices (like a gaming console or Blu-ray player) to the TV or the sound bar, I stream content directly from the TV apps (Netflix, Apple TV, etc.)When I checked the specs for my new TV,  it has two built-in speakers and it says the surround sound supported is DTS Virtual:X and not Dolby Atmos. If I conenct through eARC, will my sonos equipment enable Dolby Atmos content? Sonos Location PossibilitiesHi there Sonos folks,I just purchased 2 era 300’s to accompany a Arc Ultra, but I’m having trouble figuring out the best placement and angle. In the photo there is a representation of a couch which will be facing the TV (we are replacing this couch with a U shaped couch). The room is a bit tricky because it’s vaulted in a unique way, my guess would be for the red circles I would want it facing down, but I’m not sure if it would work well. The couch is relatively close to that wall as well, probably 4 feet? It seems like the downward facing driver wouldn’t hit your ears at the right angle? I believe I read that the upside down orientation is now supported via true play and Atmos content, but would love confirmation. Would blue even be a realistic option? Any other ways to do this? Thank you so much for the help!

HelloI cannot see any recent threads on this but about 10 days ago my alarms have just stopped working altogether. have tried setting an hour before, radio, Sonos chime, set playlist etc but nothing seems to work. The time comes and goes and no music whatsoever from the Sonos. So frustrating as this used to be perfect before all the problems. Then the set timings had to be an hour before but it was at least functional. Now nothing

Hi! I have a playbase and a new house. I have a router and I first connected the playbase to the network generated by the router. Then I installed a mesh network in the house because the router did not cover the whole thing. Now I am resetting the playbase to set it up with the mesh network. However, in the setup it only offers to connect the playbase to the old network generatesd by the router. The app offers to connect to another network and it shows the neighbours networkw but not my mesh network.i first had this problem with my other sonos products (one and symfonisk) but then they connected to my mesh network. I can only use the mesh network because it is the only one covering the whole house and I have sonos «all over». How can I connect the playbase? Also tried to type in the mesh network name and enter password manually but no luck.

We have 6 original Sonos play 3 speakers;2 original play 1 speakers; a Boost;  2 soundbars; 2 base speakersand a Move portable  speaker. The eight are identified  as 4 rooms.     ON the Sonos app  all of the rooms have disappeared, the only one visible is the Move.Any idea what's  up?
