Hi,
I ended up with two rooms with the same name “Living Room”.
One has: Arc Ultra, Sub, Era 300
the other has: Era 300
How can I get that single Era 300 into the room with the Arc?
thanks

How many Era 300 speakers are currently in the same room as the Arc Ultra and Sub?
There is one in the room with the ARC. I want both left and right to be in the same room.
When I tried adding the Era and give it the existing room name “Living Room” it just creates a room “Living Room2” and puts that single Era in there.
Rename the “Living Room2” to “Living Room” and now I have two “Living Room” :)

Under the Arc Ultra’s settings, tap the “Remove Surrounds” option. After this process is completed. Unplug the Arc Ultra from power for 15 seconds. Plug the Arc Ultra back in and let it reconnect to WiFi. Then tap the “Set Up Surrounds” option and follow the app instructions.
I have seen glitches in setting things up when you have more than one Sonos Room name used for multiple Sonos Rooms.
My solution was to add my intended Surrounds and name the Sonos Rooms they went into as LS and RS. Made it easy to then add them as surrounds and I had no problems doing it that way.
