I have a Sonos Move that will not connect to my phone. This has happened many dozens of times since I got the speaker, which is unacceptable. I factory reset it, again. Now it won't let me complete the setup in the app. It keeps saying my wifi password is wrong. It is not. My wifi is fine. I have not changed my wifi. I have not moved. Nothing at all has changed. There is clearly a problem with the speaker itself.  I've spent hours on this, and am so frustrated.  Please help! 

My Sonos system does not recognize my new Ace headphones. My Bluetooth network has added the Ace headphones.  I have tried to unrecognized the headphones as well as reset factory settings.

Hi,I am trying to login to sonos via Google Home or Google Assistant.Both are launching a new “browser like” window trying to access login.ws.sonos.com - however no access is gained to that site.Others experiencing same issue ?  

Historically, I’ve just used my Sonos Move on my iPhone, connecting simply through bluetooth directly.To do that, I simply pressed the bluetooth button to enable connectivity and then would pair it on my phone. Then it would populate in my list of bluetooth devices.However, after trying to add this speaker to a system of two Play 5 gen 1 speakers I’m running via the S1 controller app on my iphone, I can no longer turn on the bluetooth discover function on the Move speaker.Even after factory reset, where the speaker goes into blinking green mode, the bluetooth button is now unresponsive. No matter now long I press the bluetooth button, the speaker just keeps blinking green.Adding the speaker to the S1 system was WAY WAY too difficult, so I just want to go back to simple direct bluetooth connection, but something in the attempted setup process seems to have broken the speaker.Or maybe I’m overlooking something?Please help. 

Hello.I have Sonos Beam (Gen 1) and Gigabyte M28U monitor.I havePC connected through Display Port Macbook Pro M2 connected through USB-C port.Monitor has KVM switch built-in, no ARC/eARC HDMI ports.How can I connect this soundbar to the monitor so it will switch between these devices? What I should buy and how to wire it?Unfortunately, using AirPlay is not an option as I cannot have this big latency.

I connected the beam soundbar and 2 SYMFONISK speakers. But my TV remote only controls the Beam. I have to operate SYMFONISK via the app. How do I solve this? Thank you in advance

HiI’m flicking between low, medium and high on the arc ultra as well as off and I’m struggling to tell any difference.I’m happy with the dialogue with it off but to me speech enhancement doesn’t seem to be working when I enable it.I haven’t yet tuned my arc ultra via true play, unsure if that’s the reason.Anyone else find speech enhancement not making any difference to the dialogue? 

I have changed my router, reset my Sonos products, deleted then readded to Amazon then when I ask Alexa to play anything it announces what it plays but there is no audio

I see this is an old (+6 yrs) issue in this community, but is there ANY way to import playlists with more than 50-60 songs?? This limitation is very annoying since my last added songs can never be played on my Sonos system (unless I split the playlists, which isn’t really a good solution). Thanks for any help in this! I’m using Youtube Music when importing to my Sonos system.

Anyone have issues with Sonos Roam playing Apple Music?? I have always gotten an error and continue to get an error and it will not play no matter how many time I connect to my account. 

I have a Sonos Playbar and a pair of Era 100’s.  I want the Era’s to play the same audio that the Playbar is playing and I don’t want to set them up as surrounds.  This is so I don’t have to have the Playbar as loud due to audio traveling in my house.Is there a way to group those three speakers together such that I don’t have to go into the app each time I want to watch TV or listen to music and pair them together?  Also, my TV remote will only change the volume of the Playbar and not the Era speakers.I just want to be able to use the one remote and control all three speakers without having to touch the app. Thank you, in advance, for all of the help! -eric

Hello, I would like to hook up my old Playbar with MAC over AirPlay in my office.  Would Wiim Mini or Belkin adapter AUZ002VFBK do the job? Both have optical connector.  thanks

What a waste of time! Bought this specifically because it was advertised to work with Google home. You cannot pull a feature like that and hope nobody notices! It seems that the fallout has been handled terribly by Sonos. This gives me zero confidence in these products even if they restore the feature. Will return immediately and avoid like the plague. You cannot treat customers like this who have burned thousands of hours combined on this nonsense. Good riddance

When using Sonos Voice or Sonos app to select a song from Amazon Prime Music, a different wrong song is played and displayed in the now playing window. This is not an issue with other content services such as Apple Music or Spotify. That was tested by clicking on the service in the Sonos app and filling in the search field and further selecting the track from the results of the search. For Amazon Prime Music content service in Sonos, a completely different song from a different artist plays every time for any search entered. It is also an issue with the Sonos web player. I picked an album and it played a song from a completely different artist. If I click the three ellipses and click “Play Now”, it will play yet another incorrect song from yet another artist and that repeats itself every time “Play Again” is clicked. It is not an issue when using the native Amazon Music app on my phone. Can’t be a cache problem because it’s a problem on multiple devices, iPhone app and web page using c

How easy is it to find someone locally who has enough Sonos experience to get the best sound performance from my Sonos equipment ?

Quick background. Watch movies maybe once a month if that. Cut the cable long ago. Had Amazon Fire Stick connected to Sharp HDTV using playbar, mini-sub and play:1’s for rear sound as home theater setup. Had worked flawlessly for 10 years. Fire Stick started acting up and lost TV audio thru playbar around same time at some point earlier this year.  Assumed it was issue with Fire Stick. Finally purchased new Apple TV and was excited to set up but that quickly evaporated once I realized I was still not getting any audio from tv to playbar. Since the only physical connection is via optical cable I purchased a new one just in case. No matter what rabbit hole I went down I cannot get the Sonos app to recognize my optical cable. No settings on the tv have changed and if they had its a simple switch from fixed (internal speakers) to variable sound (external). This has consumed me for 2 weeks now and I’m at the point of giving up hope  I plan to call support to see if they can help but am not

Hi everyone,I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with my Sonos Arc and am hoping for some advice.Here’s my setup:Multiple Sonos speakers at home, all connected via Sonosnet (Beam in the Master Bedroom, which is hardwired to my Orbi RBK760 router). My home theater system consists of a Sonos Arc, Sub 3, and 2 Sonos Ones as rears. All other speakers in the house, including the Sub and Ones in the home theater, connect and work fine – except for the Sonos Arc, which frequently drops connection.The problem:The Arc regularly loses connection, even though the Sub and Ones (located right next to the Arc) have no issues. When the Arc is disconnected, it often blinks white, and after restarting, it might alternate between white and red before (sometimes) reconnecting after multiple attempts. The nearest Sonos speaker to the home theater is about 8m away, if that matters.Things I’ve tried:Restarting the Arc (results are inconsistent). Hi! I was wondering if anyone can help out build the best setup for the space as atacched, it is cca. 50m2 in total… TV is hidden in the movable cabinet near the fireplace. It is a newbuild so we can play with best positions etc.I was thinking 1 sonos Five near dining table, 1 woofer next to sofa and probably 1 more Five or two times sonos One in respective corners… 90% use scenario is background music, 10% TV watchingOh and the ceiling is suspended so there is potentially an option of adding speakers in the ceiling as well, but dunno how much more complicated that is ...Any help much appreciated. 

Can’t access my speaker through app since update

I am trying to help my mother figure out how to connect her turntable to her Sonos Arc.  I am not a Sonos person myself and am not too familiar with the platform.   Her Arc is connected to surround speakers and a sub woofer.  She want to be able to listen to her old records nice and loud on the surround system and with lots of bass! But, I’m not sure this is possible based on the other posts I’ve read.   I was thinking of getting the port and connecting the turntable (with an external preamp) to the port. Some posts seem to be saying that the line-in on the  port will not allow her to play records through the full surround and other posts I’ve read said you just need to create a new speaker group in order to get the turntable to play through the arc and the surround system.  Could  another option be to connect a turntable to the Era 100 and then group that speaker with the Arc? Would that get the turntable to play through the full surround sound system?Thanks for the help!

Updated Sonos yesterday and now crossfade is broken.Has anyone else experienced this and do you know of any workarounds? Version 16.4.2Build:  81158074
