Surrounds not working after watching red button content

My LG  2024 Tv and Sonos Beam two sl1 and mini sub have worked perfectly until today. the sound settings on The TV have completely changed to a long bar for adjustment, also The speakers lack surround sound,

the only thing difference is we watched football on the red button setting, could that have caused a complete  change ? Completely baffled!

That should not have made a difference, no.

I recommend you reboot all your devices by unplugging them from power - the Beam, the surrounds, the TV, and the source (if it was not the TV). It’s possible that rebooting one device will wok, but as we don’t know which one, I recommend just doing the lot. Please keep the TV unplugged for at least a minute.

That should not have made a difference, no.
