After the latest update on the arc has anyone else found the speech enhancement toggle on the IOS app has been disabled please? 

After a successful reunion of my play 3 with an experts guidance I was hoping to reunite my second play 3 ….can I reboot this unit on my own ?…..it was previously synched to a different router & server .

Out of nowhere today the stereo pair of Era 100’s I had stopped working. I removed the stereo pair to reset them. But whilst I could hard reset one of them as expected, the other Era 100 will not reset. When inserting the power cable whilst holding the bluetooth button it will flash white for around a minute and then go to solid red. I have looked around the forums and can’t seem to find what a solid red light means.Have tried restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling S2 app, restarting home network.

Hi I have a pair of Eros 300’s. However, when playing anything but Spotify I get a message on the app saying ‘no content’ despite everything being connected with ability to play on anything else. Completely frustrated with the app which doesn’t work. Even playing Spotify it drops connections. I should be able to listen to anything I chose given the cost of these speakers.HELP PLEASE

Example: Captain America: Winter Soldier, downtown fight sceneAll of the sounds are coming from the front. There’s little left/to right or surround ambiance from the Arc Ultra. I was expecting sense of movement but it's all just coming straight at me, sounds like the fight’s happening in a closet. Other scenes in this movie we can hear the surrounds kick in and get plenty of separation, really wide soundstage.Am I at the mercy of the mix? Is this a decoding or software problem with Sonos? What’s the latest on any support (official or otherwise) for playback of music mixed in 5.1 via .m4a files?I have tried copying some of the content to my Sonos library and then tried a library update, but it still doesn’t show up.Am I out of luck? 

If the Arc Ultra is 9.1.4 by itself what is the configuration/classification if I’ve added two Era 300’s and a Sub?

The MacOs Sonos app does not connect to the Play:1.  The best result is that the app will take a long time to connect then once it does the program plays for about 15 seconds, stops; this repeats for about 3 times then stops playing.  When I try to play a program a waiting to connect message appears then disappears.  A connection is never established..I am using a MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.3

To address the issue of users not understanding the consequences of Factory Resetting their system, can I request that Sonos introduce a backup function of a users Sonos system?  This could then be used to restore a setup in the event of either hardware failure or an ill advised factory reset.

My NAS, that I’ve used with Sonos V1 and up until earlier this year is old and only supports SMB1. Unfortunately Sonos’ decision to completely cutoff SMB1 has defeated this solution for share a Music Library.My router provides a USB folder share for files such as a Music Library. It is accessed via local DNS at \\readyShare\Music. All files are visible to the desktop app and Android app indicating that the apps are connecting with the share. However playing a file (mp3) results in Access Denied. The folder does not have credentials enabled however I have tried with no credentials as well as the router’s, none work.I have also tried sharing a folder on my local Window 11 PC, same result, files are visible however playing files are access denied. I’ve tried opening ports 443, 3443 and disabling the local firewall altogether on the PC.  There is no firewall that I’m aware of on the router, same for the Androids.I’ve called Support 3 times, each time they say no techs are available but som

I have a new two speaker system, an era300 in living room and move2 in kitchen. They were working together well until I moved the portable to another room (where it worked well) but the move stopped making music even though it still appears in the sonos app as a unit (playing the same tune in both rooms). I reset the portable and it came back to play. The Era300 played for a minute and then IT stopped sounding. Huh?

Any ex My tuner users managed to find reasonably priced alterntaives to Sonos that use airable services?it’s apparent that airable will work around the copyright issues Sonos has faced with my tuner and others so we can no longer access international radio stations in the UK?

Hello folks,I got an Era 300 from Amazon UK and an Era 100 from Amazon EU. Both shows “Voice Assistant Off” in my system. My Sonos account was registered to UK. How can I turn on the voice control feature?Many thanks!

Hi - Is there any way to connect a Sonos Ray soundbar to a Pansonic TV TX-MS36O 32 - The TV has no optical socket only a HDMI Arc and a SPDIF Coax Out connector I have tried a cable from the headphone socket to the Sonos Ray - a Optical cable with a 3.5mm jack adaptor  Cheers   

On a regular basis, the sonos web player allows me to play music more reliably than the app. I do have the latest app. Speakers show up in both the web player and app, but the web player is more reliable. Anyone else have this issue?

Would be helpful if there is an option for Like and Dislike in Sonos YouTube music services.

Android app used to work great. Now, when I try to simply adjust the volume, it shuts off all the speakers. I have to adjust volume, then pick which speakers to turn on EVERY TIME I SIMPLY CHANGE THE VOLUME. This make the app pretty useless. Does anyone else have this issue?

The Equalizer Sonos Move 2 ist without Funktion, no change with Bass and treble.

I have an amp in a kitchen/diner/lounge area, hardwired to 4 Sonos in ceiling speakers. This was meant purely for music. However…having now installed a TV and an Arc, I wanted to use 2 of these speakers as surround.I added the amp as my surround speakers to the Arc and they work fine. Problem is of course is that when I play music it comes out of the arc and barely out of the in ceiling speakers.  Is there anyway to resolve this? Maybe have 2 amps, one that is connected to just 2 speakers and the other one to all 4. Or is there a configuration that I can use (I don’t think so…).I don’t want to add any more speakers.Thanks.

Hi, I have a beam, ones and sub for the lounge - I understand the surround setup and how sonos works pretty well. But I also have a Move that I was planning to put in our new open plan kitchen to connect to the TV in there for listening to the TV and music.Can I just check with someone; if I connect a new beam to the dining room tv via HDMI, I can group the sound coming from the TV to the move in the kitchen (beam and move playing the same sound)? In addition to that I know (99% sure) I can also send the lounge 5.1 sound to the kitchen should I wish. Thanks in advance.

I moved from US to Italy.  I have had continuing issues try to get my sonos set-up.  I have easily spent over 24 hours on getting three speakers on line and getting access to my musice services (Sonos 1, Play 1 and 5). I use Alexa voice service, and when I speak, Alexa acknolwedges me, and responds when I ask her to play music, but will not / cannot playback music...no matter how many times I ask. One of my speakers (Sonos 1) must be hard-wired connected to the internet rounter or my system will not work - this is frustrating as I do not want a speaker where the modem/rounter is located. Do I have to change my address?  I understood that I should change my address since I moved from the US to ITA, and using the website I have tried to edit my address in the “My Account” section, but the state and country are grayed out and I cannot edit them.  

Why can’t I use Trueplay on my new iPad 2024, 13”. When I used to be able to use it on my old iPad Air which was nearly 10 years old?

All my content services have been removed (same on multiple Android phones and tables). The system will now not let me add any content services. I’ve rebooted, as well as signed out, tried Sonos Chat support, without success. I can see and add services from the Windows app which works perfectly in all respects. But the same Content Services don’t appear on the App. I don’t even see Sonos Radio.I do still have access to my Music Library though, and all my Devices. When I play one of the Content Services through the windows app then it displays fine in the Android App.My Homescreen: But from windows app:  When I try add any content service:  

What channel is best to use to lower interference from other WiFi products? I use a google fiber modem and service and how do I go through this process of switching my Sonos system to a different channel? Thank you 🙏
