Volume Control with Samsung TV remote goes up but not down

Hi I need some help. I have just set up my Sonos Ray sound bar with my Samsung QE65S95B (2022) Smart TV. I followed the instructions with the app and set up the TV remote as well.

The problem I am having is that i can only increase the volume via TV remote but not reduce the volume. Has anyone got any suggestions? 
 

At the moment I can only reduce the volume via the Sonos App or by tapping the bar. Please help

Run the TV remote setup again. Let us know what happens.

    Thank you AjTrek1. The remote is now working as it should. It’s been resolved. Thank you so much!

    I was worried there was something wrong with the soundbar or that it was not compatible with the TV. Phew! 😅.

      Thank you. This helped me as well. I had paired our Samsung at initial setup and worked well. Then all of a sudden months later I couldn’t control volume up or down. I followed your suggestion and voila it paired again.
