I observed Alexa is not working on my Sonos One 2 and tried to access the Sonos app. It asked for an update that it showed it works but then the app loads forever. After reentering the app it asks again for update. I already talked to Sonos support and still have no working solution.I am using the app from iOS 17.6.1.Has anyone encountered this issue?   

Has anyone been able to add their iTunes Music Library to Sonos using Sonos instructions? I’ve tried repeatedly and it still will not connect.

How do I activate atmos my system seems exactly the same. Beam 2 Sony 2023 tv .

I have installed the latest Sonos app on my Tablet and have transferred my library into the tablet's internal storage Music folder.   I have set the path for the shared folder  as "my files/music/library" which seems O.K. to me but this is not accepted when I try to "add" it.   Any help/suggestions greatly appreciated.

 When I look for the SNR of the Sonos Port there is no Network details option. 

Hi, I have a problem. 7 months ago I bought speaker lamp from ikea. I used it quite a lot, and I didn't have problems. 3monts ago we upgraded to new network and I didn't use sonos lamp since.Today, I try to log in but it keeps telling me something, so I was sacred. I deleted the app and I think I created new account. I factory reseted it.But it keeps telling me the password of my internet isn't correct. I watched tutorials where it is plugged into the router but mine is in the wall ( english is not my first language sorry)If you know anything it would help

Under the Albums tab, some albums contain all of the songs in the album and for other albums all songs are displayed as separate albums.  

I have music in my iPhone library. How can i listen to it in my sonos speakers since I don’t have a subscription?

Hi all,I currently own a Sonos Play 5, Sub, Sonos One, Move, and Beam.  I just purchased a house that has a built-in system consisting of a Denon AVR-X3700H, Onkyo 2-channel Amplifier (M282), and a Nikes Speaker selector (SSVC4).  This equipment is powering a total of 9 speakers (7 indoor, 2 outdoor).  I would like to integrate my Sonos with this system to provide additional sound to the house.  What is the best route to do this, and how?  It looks like I will need to purchase a Sonos Port, but I’m not completely sure.Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I just moved and changed internet to verizon gateway. I get all the way thru to where speaker wants to connect and when I type in password it keeps saying it can't connect. Password is correct. Please help, super frustrated

Dear SONOS Enthusiasts,I plan to purchase and install SONOS equipment to create a surround sound home theater in my living room, which measures 16x24 ft (please see the attached layout). Given the Samsung OneConnect HDMI ARC already wired to the SONOS Amplifier, I have two specific questions:Can I connect the SONOS Sound Bar to the TV via HDMI, as shown in the attached figure? Can the SONOS SUB connect to the amplifier wirelessly over Wi-Fi?If the answers to both questions are yes, will I be able to create a surround sound system with both wired and wireless connections?Thank you for your assistance!Best,CJ  

I have Arc connected to a Sony TV and two Sub (gen 3s).  The Arc and the Subs are on the same wall as the TV.  The Arc in the center, below the TV and the 2 Subs left and right of the Arc (about 6’ left and right of the Arc.   Once in a while I hear what sounds like a low frequency thump or two (kind of like distant fireworks).  I don’t recall this until I added the 2nd Sub.  Thoughts?

Hi. I have a system with multiple Era 100s, and a new Beam (gen2). I have the Beam in a group with the other speakers for music, and when I watch TV it disconnects from the group to work standalone as a soundbar.Is there a way for the Beam to automatically reconnect to the group so I don't have to manually re-add it every time I've watched TV? Thanks!

Hello Community, I am renovating my house and am planning to have a TV in 2 rooms that have in ceiling speaker, which are connected to a Sonos AMP. Those AMPs are in the utility room that is about 40 feet away.I want to make sure that I can connect the TVs to the AMPs for sound output. I read in other threads that an optical fiber HDMI would be best.Questions:1. Can anyone recommend a good optical fiber eARC HDMI?I found those so far: Monoprice, RUIPROThose HDMI’s have 2 different ends, one is source one is display. In my case the TV can be the source and the display depending on how you look at it. Can someone please explain which one it is?Thank you all!

Has anyone heard from SONOS when they will be fixing the issue that is preventing us adding our locally stored music libraries (local / NAS drive) to the app.It is extreemly annoying not to be able to play my music without going through a PLEX account.

Sonos lists Hardware Version and (Software) Version in its System Info. Is there any quick place to find the highest (Software) Version that supports each Hardware Version? This would be useful for cases like my Connect models that seem stuck in the past but I can’t clearly figure out why based on existing S1/S2 documention.

I am using a Mac Mini as my storage site for my music.  I am finally able to load my music library to the Sonos system.  But the imported playlist did not import.  What am I missing when I manage the system?

I am getting very frustrated with Sonos products.  I have a home theater with Sonos Arc, two Sonos One SL’s and a Sub.  The Sub and Surround speakers only work properly when I hard wire the sub to my network switch even though it says wireless enabled.  Once I disconnect the ethernet cable the sub and surround speakers stop working.  I have all Aruba Airgroup Services turned on. Any recommendations?  I have reset and started over over 12 times. I have powered off and powered on everything including the router.   

A lot of the time when i turn on the ace it does not show up in the sonos app. So it would be nice to have a feature, like on sony headphones, where a short press of the power button when the headphones are on, provides verbal report on the battery level. "90% Battery Remaining" etc.

My sonos roam 1 failed to work and support sent me a new model as replacement.i was first glad to see that new device was a sonos roam 2, but I quickly switched to disappointment as for no reason (?) sonos roam 2 is unable to work with Google Assistant…I was not advised of this at any point… and this is a huge pain for me as all my Domotic devices work with GA. How will you fix this, please?cannot stay like this.

Mini Sub connectivity issue: I have a Arc and 2 Era 300s as surrounds in my living room. The mini sub was connected to this, I moved it to my bedroom and connected to a pair of Era 100s. After a few days I shifted it back to my living room but have not been able to connect to the Arc system. I am not new to Sonos, have used them for more than 10 years. Have tried every thing including resetting the Arc and Era300s, resetting the Wi-Fi, but nothing seems to work. The Arc and surrounds are working fine but the Sub is not connecting to the Arc. The app goes to try again twice and then says done, but no connection. Pl help me sort it out, very frustrating! 

Hi, I have an old Play:3 that I would like to use with my tv (Google TV). I’ve connected it to my phone and what not I just can’t figure out how to play sound from the tv. Ideally I would like to use Bluetooth but I am open to any suggestions. Thanks

I have an ERA 300. I had configured Alexa without any problems. Then one day by chance I did a factory reset on the ERA300 and had to reconfigure the device. Since then I have not been able to configure Alexa. I proceed with the configuration but the procedure blocks me when it goes to match the amazon account. I tried with other smartphones and nothing I can't even get to the configuration.Can you help me?? thanks
