I moved from US to Italy.  I have had continuing issues try to get my sonos set-up.  I have easily spent over 24 hours on getting three speakers on line and getting access to my musice services (Sonos 1, Play 1 and 5). I use Alexa voice service, and when I speak, Alexa acknolwedges me, and responds when I ask her to play music, but will not / cannot playback music...no matter how many times I ask. One of my speakers (Sonos 1) must be hard-wired connected to the internet rounter or my system will not work - this is frustrating as I do not want a speaker where the modem/rounter is located. Do I have to change my address?  I understood that I should change my address since I moved from the US to ITA, and using the website I have tried to edit my address in the “My Account” section, but the state and country are grayed out and I cannot edit them.

Why can’t I use Trueplay on my new iPad 2024, 13”. When I used to be able to use it on my old iPad Air which was nearly 10 years old?

All my content services have been removed (same on multiple Android phones and tables). The system will now not let me add any content services. I’ve rebooted, as well as signed out, tried Sonos Chat support, without success. I can see and add services from the Windows app which works perfectly in all respects. But the same Content Services don’t appear on the App. I don’t even see Sonos Radio.I do still have access to my Music Library though, and all my Devices. When I play one of the Content Services through the windows app then it displays fine in the Android App.My Homescreen: But from windows app:  When I try add any content service:

What channel is best to use to lower interference from other WiFi products? I use a google fiber modem and service and how do I go through this process of switching my Sonos system to a different channel? Thank you 🙏

Hello Everyone, just bought a Connect Amp Gen 2,  I wanted to confirm the boot sequence to check I don't have one on the way out. My previous G1 connect amp started flashing the white light as soon as power was applied, and finally staying solid once connected. I expected the G2 to do the same, this time when power is applied, the white light comes on solid for 3 seconds, then goes out for 20 seconds, comes on again flashing until connected then Solid. The 20 seconds with no light is very consistent, so am hoping this is normal ?. Can anyone confirm this is the same on their G2 connect amp pleaseThanks very much 👍

I always play my music through my Windows computer using iTunes or Apple Music, I have a very extensive library.  Last week my Era 100’s stopped playing when using Airplay.  Airplay works on my Roam still, and the Era 100’s work with other connections, just not Airplay.  I tried Airplay through my iPhone, and same issue.   Anybody have a solution to this?

Hi,I have an old S2 Connect Amp and 2 x 8ohm speakers, i though i was smart so i combined one of the speaker leads from each speaker and so on the connect amp on the speaker output both blacks are connected together and then separete L and R goes to each speaker. The amp plays but cuts at 60% volume. Is this wrong what i have done ? Should i go back to separate black lead to each speaker ?/donib

Have scoured through all the articles here and most seem to NOT have any resolution :-( The samsung ONLY has Arc input no eArc - will this cause the no audio problem? Like others:Blu-ray works (although not ATMOS because of ARC vs eARC) Reg CDs work fine CD layer of SACD works fine ATMOS when coming from the TVs apps works Connecting Sony UBP-X800M2 to a seperate receiver works I dumped all my seperate components to go SONOS and its slowly looking like a mistake :-(

Can i Sync Sonos Arc with 2 sonos ERA 100 and 2 sonos Era 300 with Sub 4 for my media room?

My Sonos Move has stopped playing music. It is a stereo pair.I can control the volume and play/pause the music of the system on either of the units.Sometimes one of the units will suddenly work for a while.I have submitted diagnostics #***********Moderator edit: diagnostics number recorded and removed

I have a LG OLED55C44 TV and SONOS Beam (Gen 2) connected via HDMI ARC Port. No other speakers in the setup. When listening to live TV programmes ( BBC News ) there is a background noise which sounds like the air conditioning is on high in the studio. It is the  same if I use iPlayer via Sky Stream, or via the app on the TVStreaming via Netflix or other pre-recorded BBC programmes the sound is clear and Dolby ATMOS works. On the TV I am not offered any advanced settings as the TV is set for sound out via HDMI/ARC port.Any ideas?Regards,David

The app on the iphone and ipad do not show the same information. I’ll have a few speakers playing music from the iphone app, but when i go to the ipad app, it shows the same speakers but with nothing playing. Both apps are updated as of today.

Connection between app and speakers is slow or doesn’t work at all. Using app 2.0

The app randomly is signing me out. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi, I have a S1 system, with several music services added to it.I got a new S2 player and added it to the same account. How do I copy over services (user/pass) which were cofigured on S1 over onto S2? I kinda expected this to get automagically populated...

Hello,I installed a new Sonos beam today but I found a very narrow bug. After installed the Sonos voice control on the Beam 2, and the Radio France service, I find it impossible to launch the “France Bleu Pays de Savoie” live service using Sonos voice control (SVC). Other channels work (France inter, Franceinfo...) and even the other local France Bleu channels work (FB Armorique, FB Alsace...). Just the only particular FB channel I need, FB Pays de Savoie, doesn’t work.SVC acknowledge the command, says “okay” or something but then I have the error chime and a message that this content cannot be found. On a side note, FB Pays de Savoie can be launched via the mobile app normally. But it refuses to be added to Sonos favorites.

I have had a Move Wall Hook for a few years now.  I wouldn’t say it gets a huge amount of use but it’s mounted in our bathroom and is good when having a relaxing bath. However on Christmas Eve and after 30 mins of being on the wall hook, the front face of the wall hook detached and my Move Gen 1 dropped from a height of 5ft on to a tiled floor.😭Needless to say, this hasn’t enhanced the aesthetics of my Move! If any of you have a Move Wall Hook, I’d be very wary of using it!

I have a new Sonos Roam 2 speaker which I have connected to my Sony KD-43X800H TV via Wi-Fi, but the sound breaks up intermittently.I wish to try connecting the speaker to the TV using Bluetooth; however, my TV doesn’t have the A2DP multimedia profile which I understand is necessary for this connection.I am looking for an intermediary device to enable this Bluetooth connection to work.I hope someone has the answer!
