I want to purchase 2 pairs of in ceiling speakers ( 4 speakers total) and also 2 outdoor speakers, I want to see will one Sonos Amp suffice for this if i want them all to play the same thing and not divide up my space?

Maybe.

If you purchase the special Sonos/Sonance speakers from the Sonos Store you can drive three on each channel.

If you buy other speakers, even the regular Sonance ones four is usually the limit.

You could try an impedance matching speaker controller if you really wanted non-Sonos/Sonance speakers.

The only speakers that I’m aware of that a Sonos Amp will drive 6 of are Sonance Architectural Speakers, and I’m not certain they are available in both exterior and interior versions, you’d need to look on either Sonance’s website, or potentially Sonos’ sales page. In general, one Amp for this many speakers is an issue. I’d go with at least two, one of them driving the interior set, the other driving the exterior set. And to be honest, I’d likely set them up with each pair having its own Amp. More expense, but safer, and certainly more options.

If the speakers are all on one amplifier, I think that you’ll want to incorporate a the capability of turning OFF the outside speakers when not needed.
