I had trouble connecting to both Play1 and Play 3 from my phone. Now that I have resolved that issue and am reconnected my playlists are missing from the Sonos App. How do I retrieve them?

I have just ordered 300s to replace my surround Ones and line-in Five, but I’ve just found out that that line-in is disabled when 300s are used as surrounds. There must be a workaround for this.

How can I create a playlist on Sonos for iOS ?

When I sign into the Sonos (B/W) app and regardless of what I select once in the app it tells me to log out and log back in. My Play1 speakers stopped working months ago and I cannot get them re-added to the system because I can’t get past message to log out and log back in.  Any ideas?

I have a beam set up with left and right Sonos one and a sub. I also have a play five in the room hooked up to a turntable. Is there anyway I can group the play five with the other speakers so it will play on the same timing as the TV

Recently took my play 3 to my brothers as he was having a party … couldn’t connect to there wifi … brought the play3 home tried to re connect … now I can only play music through Spotify any ideas please … 🙏🏻 

I have an Arc Ultra and Era 300 surrounds. Sky is fed to the TV in HDMI and Arc Ultra connected to HDMI Arc socket.  If I pause a programme then I loose all sound.  If I go into the TV settings switch from audio system to TV speakers and the back to audio system it works again. TV is Sony KD 65X850xC. Approx 9 years old. 

I have just added a Sonos Sub Gen 2 to an existing pair of Play 5 Gen 1 speakers. Had to downgrade the Sub for use with S1 app. I was wondering how best to adjust the speakers’ EQ>Bass and Sub’s Sub Audio>Sub Level. So should I set EQ>Bass to 0 and let the Sub push all the bass?

Cannot seem to pair a Sonos Ray the a Comcast remote XR15.  Cannot change the volume nor the mute via the XR15.  The TV is old...10 yrs (Samsung).  I can control the volume using Sonos app but it’s pretty lame.Sonos Support’s answers have not worked neither have those provided on You Tube.  Seem to me that there a 4-5 million XR15 in use….why can’t Sonos provide an answer?Anyone have a solution? 

Is there a way for my speaker to make a sound when it hears "Hey, Sonos" instead of after it responds to what I say?  I want an indication that it heard me. Thanks.

Sonos Beam Gen2/AtmosHello friends, maybe you can help: I hung a Sonos Beam2 on the eARC HDMI of an LG. But I don't get an Atmos signal on the Beam (e.g. On AppleTV in the app on the LG). The settings of the LG say that it is "merely" about the (lousy) internal speakers. Is there a trick or attitude for this?(german Screenshot)

Hello, I have a Sonos Beam (Gen 2) connected to the HDMI ARC (not eARC) on my Samsung Q60R, and honestly, I'm completely stuck with the setup. So far, I can only get the sound to output in PCM 2.0 stereo or DD/DD+ stereo. I've already checked the TV settings, and there's no "Passthrough" option to let the soundbar handle the decoding. I have the option to connect it via Optical, but I'm not sure if that would help me achieve my goal of at least using the 5.1 channels (for now, without a subwoofer). Any ideas that could help me? Thanks!

Why can't I authorize Sonos Radio? Klaus

My Sonos app on Windows no longer functions. It just goes round in circles, It starts with saying that it needs an update. When pressing update it says it doesn’t need an update as everything is up to date. I can then press more options, and select “continiue using sonos app” which will tell me that my products haven’t been registered. I press Registere products and enter in my credentials, and sonos tells me that my system is updated. Pressing OK just takes me back to the same screen saying I need to register. Restarting the app just takes me back to start with the app saying i need to update.I’ve tried resetting the app, and then join existing system, But that also takes me to the starting point saying that I need an update.Repairing or re-installing the app doesn’t solve the issue either.Does anybody have an idea as to how to make it work again? The app on the phone works; but is aapparently unaware of a thing called podcasts 

I have a new setup with Arc Ultra, sub4, and 2 era 100 speakers.  Everything seems to be working properly except the volume from the speakers does not adjust with the tv volume.  If I mute the tv the speakers continue to play.  Any suggestions?

Hi, I did install a Sonos amp 1 gen with Turntable  on my Sonos system ( 4 x play5 , 2 x play3) .sound from Turntable is perfect to All my sonosspeakers in All the rooms but I have no sound on the external speakers which are plugged in the amp. Statuslight on the amp is continous white , so ok. what is the problem?

I currently use my Beam as a soundbar for my Samsung TV. I want to continue to do this but also to begin using it as a speaker for a Bluetooth turntable. Could I achieve this by using a Bluetooth adapter and an HDMI splitter so that I don’t have to keep swapping between the different sources? 

Hello,After connecting the ARC Ultra to my Sony KD-65X9300D via the HDMI ARC port I find that when I turn of the TV and it’s left in standby for some period e.g. overnight, then the next time I turn the tv on it does a complete reboot. This can take 3-5 mins to complete and is totally annoying. Anyone come across this? Any suggestions on how to config the ARC or the TV? Granted it’s an old model tv, still I don’t see why connecting something to a HDMI port (I have a Pioneer Blu-ray and a no-name internet video receiver connected as well) can cause this problem. The Sony tv performed perfectly before this albeit there were a few hiccups occasionally which simply required powering off and on at the wall to correct.  thanks. 

My Sonos Roam has been unreliable since day one. I thought it was me not pressing hard/firmly/long enough on the  on/off button on the back of the speaker.  Several times I was going to contact the support team shortly after I purchased it but then it worked so assumed it was user error. Today all the system was working, good wifi connection, Roam turned on, lights displaying - not a sound even though the app said otherwise. The app then stated not connected. I turned it on, off, on again, off completely pressing top and back buttons, leaving a few minutes, turned on again. Still no connection despite app. stating otherwise momentarily. Please either sort it out or replace it with  a working Roam. Thank you in anticipation. 

My speakers are in a photo studio and I want other people to be able to play their music on them.
