Hello Sonos Team,I recently found out that Denon has integrated Siri into their smart speakers if you already have a HomePod or HomePod mini at home. You can see the details here: Denon SupportI think this is a great feature and would love to see the same integration on Sonos speakers. It would be incredibly useful for those of us who are invested in the Apple ecosystem. Please consider adding this to your roadmap.Thanks!

Hello :) I currently own the Sonos Arc Ultra. This is my first Sonos product. I have already asked google about my problem and searched here in the forum but have not found anything suitable.My left and right speakers are extremely quiet. I first noticed this when I was watching normal TV. There were two channels that were broadcasting "Stereo PCM" according to the Sonos app. I had to turn the volume up from 10 to 20-26 so that I could hear anything at all. Then I turned on a 5.1 Dolby test video on YouTube to test the whole thing. I immediately noticed that as soon as the sound moved from the center to the left and right speakers, the volume was half as low. However, the Sonos app displayed 5.1. This leads me to the conclusion that it is only due to the left and right speakers.I have already swapped HDMI cables. Switched everything off, restarted and checked all settings 3-4 times... Soundbar has already been replaced once because of the error. No improvement. Interestingly, I didn't

I just observed a quirk and wondered if this was a SONOS or NAS issue.I noticed that many of my albums had duplicate entries in the Album view and it seems that SONOS is cataloguing everything in the NAS recycle bin?I had been converting all my WAV compilation albums to FLAC and had a large volume of wav files in the recycle bin otherwise I wouldn’t have noticed it, It’s an ASUSTOR Flashstor 6. The problem was cleared when I emptied the recycle bin but its an unwelcome extra step if I have to check & empty my recycle bins before updating the media library.    

Hi, sine the last update. I can search mixcloud, select track. But it will not play. Press play, icon looks like it's starting, but just sits there. Reinstalled app, just in case. But no luck.

I follow the Sonos instructions to add BBC Soubds but it does not appear in the content services list. How can I add it?

I have an older Samsung model UN55KS8500. It says the arc ultra is connected, but no sound plays. I changed HDMI cords, unplugged everything for 5 minutes and still no sound. With the tv remote when I turn up the volume I can see the volume go up in the sons app. But no sound. What else should I try

I am having troubles accessing albums stored in my NAS library, going via library/albums. All albums listed as “(Compilations)” (in grey, below the album title) are apparently empty, i.e. the Sonos controller shows “No selections are available.” when clicking on the album. “Ordinary” albums, i.e. showing instead the artist’s name under the album title, display the full album content.When I access the “Compilations” albums via the library/folders/... selection, the album content is properly displayed.Any solution?

I have several imported playlists that have a lot more songs in the Sonos queue compared to the playlist.  For example, I have a playlist (Rock Unrated) that has 558 songs.  When I start the imported playlist in Sonos, the queue says it has 48,546 songs. Another playlist has 321 songs, but when played on Sonos the queue has 56,496 songs.I created the auto playlist in Musicbee.  The playlist is then exported to a M3U file that Sonos imports.This only happens when I start the playlist with my iPhone Sonos app.  If I start the imported playlist with the Windows Sonos software, it has the correct number of songs.    

Hi all.i am having issues with the Sonos sub, whereby it works when using Spotify but does not when using Mixcloud. I have tried removing and reconnecting the sub in the room. Thanks 

I’ve read dozens of threads about the “no signal” problem when the Arc is connected via eArc but still have an issue that appeared recently.No config change, but I did receive a new TV box from my provider. Since, then, when turning on the TV, I get a “no signal” message on the LG TV.Apple TV works fine constantly. Switching the input back to TV gives “no signal” again.I performed the TV setup after unplugging everything and letting the TV etc unplugged for about 10 mins.I performed a factory reset on the Apple TV, Arc, LG TV, and received a new TV box from my provider as they thought it was the culprit.If I plug the TV box directly in the TV HDMI port (not via eArc), it all works fine.But via eARC, the Apple TV will always work and the TV box will pretty much always show “no signal”, black screen and of course no sound.If I un/replug the HDMI of the TV box, sometimes, the Arc LED turns green, sound starts playing and the image appears again. Hi everyone, my playbar in the living room has just started making a high pitched noise and I can hear it fluctuate depending on certain sounds on a tv show. How do I fix this as this is a older playbar 

Hi there, I am on S2, obviously, since I have yet another random weird issue. 🤔I started that thread as a Deezer one, but the problem is wider. I can stream what is in my favourite, I can not browse radios (even Sonos) , Deezer or anything but my local music library. The content will not load, I'll have that weird error message and that's it.  Everyday is a deception with this app....What ever I chose, I have the very explicit and helpful message "there was a problem" (maybe slightly different as I am in french version).I have unlinked my Deezer account and linked it back, same, no playlist, no title, no nothing. My internet works well, I am on fiber and it is quite stable. Any suggestion?

Verhuisd Sonos opnieuw geïnstalleerd Beam, Port en meerdere luidsprekers van Sonos, ook de MOVE via de app maar verschijnt maar niet in het overzicht en kan deze dus ook niet gebruiken. Staat niet in bluetooth stand! Iemand hetzelfde probleem gehad?

I can understand it can be difficult to fix bugs but this is a while that my wife can’t use the app on her smartphone, that randomly i can t Connect to  the streaming account, that one of the device is no more playing song and without any explanation, is getting back to work. when i see the struggle i havé in my House With sonos i don t really underground how you can Hope to sell good audio device but unusable at this price. maybe you stil think, users are milky cows…

When I go into Content Services in the iOS controller app my list of connected services all show up with the name “Service Name”. Is anyone else seeing this? (app build 80.16.32)

Good afternoon,I currently have two Sonos One speakers.A few weeks back, I downloaded the Sonos App on my iphone and installed Calm Radio as a service.Unfortunately, I have experienced several issues using the Sonos application.First, after installing the two speakers on the Sonos App, these settings disappear shortly after.  Secondly, I attempted again today to add the two speakers to the Sonos app.  The settings are no longer there a minute later.Currently, I'm only able to listen to Calm Radio using my iphone.Your assistance in resolving this issue is really appreciated at this point.

I originally had this in “ask a question” but seems more relevant to be here and couldn’t find anyway to change the location of the post - the resolution might be useful for someone I have a new Sonos / Era 100 system, I’m using YouTube Music as one of my subscribed sources. I also have an Amazon Music account however I cannot find Amazon anywhere in the list of providers to add. I’m in Australia and as far as I can tell, should have access to it? The first suggestion was to check my country setting in sonos.com which was still set to the USA, changed that and had Amazon Music available to select. Second issue was after selecting Amazon, authorising it and being told from an Amazon perspective that it was successful, I kept getting “something went wrong” within the Sonos app (both iOS and Android). I was also having the same problem when trying to add a local radio station. I downloaded the Windows desktop app and that then worked in all respects, added both Amazon and local radio stat

radio plays on Sonos. the sound on the TV suddenly disappears 

Frequently (every second or third track in a playlist/album) the Dolby Atmos badge disappears. It re appears when I pauze/unpauze that track.

Hi guys me again, looking to place my Arc Ultra on the wall or on a TV cabinet, could anyone advise if I should use the HDMi cable which comes with the soundbar (according to what I’ve read) or should I look at alternatives in other words are there better quality ones on the market. Also I have an optical cable but Sona’s advertise one and I’ve read somewhere where is states to connect this and the HDMi cable also, can someone say why I need both please? thanks again in advance. Smuj
