no sound from Sonos Era 300 when connected via bluetooth

I have connected the Era 300 via Bluetooth and no sound comes from the speakers . I had no problem with Bluetooth in the past but I do now

Maybe remove the ‘pairing’ from the source/sending device and then setup the BT connection again, ideally after a reboot/restart of both and just see if that perhaps fixes the issue for you.🤞
