I have an Era 300 and two move 2s. Everything works well (unlike old Bose) except when router needs a reboot, then the Era comes back but the move 2s don’t. Twice I spent hours rebooting and reconnecting the speakers to no avail until TIME became a factor and by next day all was working again. This time I’m not going to bother doing anything and see if the passage of time fixes the issue. The app currently says that all three speakers are playing but the move 2s are silent, on other occasions the app has said “not cconnected” but reconnecting made no difference. Anybody else have this issue? I will report back tomorrow if time fixed it.

Hi,I have a Bluetooth transmitter connected to my turntable and I specifically bought the sonos era 100 to connect it to it. I read another thread regarding customers being able to connect their Bluetooth device to the era 100 but the device doesn’t play any audio (this thread was conveniently closed). I have just had a conversation with customer service and they mentioned that: “the era 100 was not designed for full bluetooth compatibility” ?!!! For whatever that might mean?Is this really the case? Then all the customers should be informed. If so, this is actually ridiculous for a company claiming to create such high end products  Here is my conversation with support: Isabel S (23/06/2025, 21:06:13): Thanks! Olivier (23/06/2025, 21:06:21): No problem Isabel S (23/06/2025, 21:06:41): Let me know the make and model of the device you have connected to Era 100 via bluetooth. Olivier (23/06/2025, 21:07:10): Sennheiser bt t100 Isabel S (23/06/2025, 21:07:26): Is it happening with both Sonos

The playback on my Move keeps stopping, anyone else having this issue ?

Hello … with all the issues last year with the update that caused a LOT of people a LOT of headaches and/or issues with their systems, particularly those of us who still have Play 1 speakers as part of our speaker collection. I myself, have 6 Play 1’s, as well as a Sonos Beam and a Roam (the Roam’s battery died, yay!!). I have been holding off on the update because I was so concerned about either losing functionality and/or issues with my library. So I am on version 16.1 of my controller on my PC (Windows). The app is up-to-date on my iPhone, but once it prompted me to update my system and will not allow me to use it unless I do, I stayed with my PC controller only and like many of you, started using SonoPhone. I mainly control my music on my computer, but the app is helpful at times, obviously. With the Roam battery dying, I replaced the battery and it worked, but there was pops andcrackling in the speaker, particularly on low end. I do not believe I damaged the speaker itself, but wh

For the past few weeks, I am unable to search for songs to play from Youtube Music using the Sonos App. It is happening both on my Android phone and on my iPad app. I get this message “An error occurred with YouTube Music. Try again later.” I have tried removing and re-adding the YouTube music account on the Sonos app but the error remains. All other functions with Youtube Music seems to be working (playing songs from the YouTube Music home menu, mixes, libraries etc.)

My Sonos One updated to the current release (85.0) and I began having issues with it dropping from my WiFi network. After trying to resolve it, I finally just reset it to factory default and added it back via the iOS app (also the most current version). Note that I'm on iOS 18.5. At first it seemed to not be able to display “Recently played” so I elected to disable the option.  Now I'm trying to reenable it but cannot find the setting anywhere in the app. Hoping someone can direct me where to find that.

I’m experiencing an issue with the touch control on my Arc Ultra soundbar. The microphone (voice control) button on the top panel is extremely unresponsive. Sometimes it works, but other times it only responds once every 10 or so attempts. I’ve confirmed that the microphone switch on the back is turned on, and the Sonos app settings appear normal. Interestingly, it sometimes responds if I press a little harder than a normal touch, which suggests the touch sensor might not be working properly. I’ve already tried cleaning the surface, restarting the device, and changing fingers or touch pressure, but the issue persists. Is this a known issue or a potential hardware fault?

Hello, for my new house I was thinking about a PC monitor connected to an Apple TV and using a pair of Era 300 as speakers. I will mainly listen to music through Apple Music, and watch some videos.I read that the Era 300 will only play stereo and not ATMOS while watching videos, but I can accept that. Most of the time I would listen to music, so I prefer a pair of speakers rather than a soundbar. The most annoying thing I read is that Apple TV would reset the audio output every time it goes to sleep, so I’d have to change it to Sonos all the times. Is that correct? If so, any workaround?Any other drawbacks? Would you suggest a setup like that? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Ok so newer to Sonos. I’ve had a Sonos Playbar soundbar (older non-AirPlay capable) connected to my TV via an optical cable. I wanted the ability to AirPlay to it without turning on the TV so I purchased a set of Sonos Era 100 speakers to 1) add AirPlay functionality and 2) give my entire primary living space synced music. Is there a way to make this AirPlay to all 3 devices automatic? I have it setup in the Sonos App as a group with all 3 devices but to get sound on all 3 devices I have to start music, Then AirPlay to both the Era 100 speakers with the iPhones native AirPlay menu but then I have to go into the Sonos App to add the older Soundbar. Works great once going but hoping I’m missing something that would make it easier.

I have the following setup:Sonos One speaker pair in the kitchenSonos Move, based in the home officeSonos beam in the loungeAlexa app on iPad and iPhoneIf I setup up a group, let's say Kitchen, in the Alexa app  to include the Sonos One pair and the Move then ask Alexa to play something on Kitchen only the Move will play anything. If I ask without specifying the group then the first speaker will play but any additional speakers I ask will start in a paused state.I've had people look and any resolution is only temporary. Any advice on how I should proceed?

Hey everyone,I'm planning to set up a couple of Sonos speakers in my detached garage, mainly for music while working on projects or just relaxing. I’m wondering whether it's better to run an Ethernet cable from the main house or rely on Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi signal is decent but not perfect, especially when the garage door is closed.Has anyone done something similar? What worked best for you in terms of connection stability and performance? Thanks in advance!Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct.

Suddenly won’t play music from Apple Music?I have reset the Sonos, cleared it from Alexa app and re-added it, but no joy?I can see when looking on the Sonos app it moves from song to song trying to play but fails? is there anything else I can do?other services like playing BBC radio stations are ok I should add.thanks in advance

Can 2 Sonos accounts coexist under the same  network? The reason I’m asking is because I want to manage my own Sonos system and the kids want to manage their Sonos system

Pretty much every Saturday 3 or 4 of the regional stations disappear from the CBC Music On Air. Tried on line chat support and seemed to have confirmed the issue but the chat suddenly ended.

Hello. I just received my Sonos amp with Sonos speakers. I was following the steps of first setup via my Android Sonos app. I got to point where i was asked to enter my home WiFi password so the amp can connect to it. After entering the password, the app shows a message saying ‘’Your Sonos Amp has been added, but may not appear in your System. If so, unplug the power cord and plug it back in to finish setup from System Settings.’’ The amp wasn’t added in the app so i tried to unplug the amp, then plugged it back in but nothing happens. It is still not in the app. I have tried to factory reset that but with the same result. Can anybody help? Thanks

Just sitting in my living room when I hear what sounds like a tapping on a drum,  find the source and it’s my era 300 speaker,  when it boops the light above the speech bubble illuminates. anybody experienced this?

Hello, I would like to use my SONOS system on a local network that is completely separate from my regular Wi-Fi network. This is because I won’t have Internet access at the location where I want to use it. My plan is to set up and update the devices somewhere with Internet access first, and then move them to the local network with a separate router (no Internet connection). Devices: SONOS PORT SONOS ONE SL My question is:If I set up a dedicated Wi-Fi network (with no Internet access), will I be able to play audio from the SONOS PORT to the SONOS ONE SL over this local network? Thank you very much for your help!

This morning I tried to turn on my Sonos ace headphones and the power button does not work at all no response from it so I can't turn them on without plugging it in and then putting them on they work perfectly fine but the power button not working is kinda really not what I expected for 450 Euro's

Set up my account and now when sending and receiving emails it shows Sonos as the name instead of my name. I need to fix this quickly, Help!

For the last few months I’m completely unable to play anything from Apple Music on an iPhone to ANY Sonos device in my house. Apple will see them, it will show as starting playing - then nothing plays and it stops after a few seconds. As an aside, what was once a great system is now an ‘also ran’ in my mind. So much spent on Sonos with such frustration at this point.Yes, it will play music from the Sonos App.Yes, it will play Apple Music from the Sonos app.No, it cannot create stations like Apple Music does.

I can’t play music on the YouTube music app via airplay. It works fine when using YouTube music via the Sonos app so I know I know there are no connectivity issues. I would rather play music via the YouTube music app and airplay as the app is way more intuitive and better to use than using YouTube music via the Sonos app. I’ve been having this issue for months now and it’s extremely frustrating. I’ve tried so many different trouble shooting steps from turning the speakers & phone off and on. Checking airplay settings, checking YouTube music settings and checking Sonos app settings and full removal and reset of Sonos devices… please help!! Lol

Ever since the app “redo” a basic function has been missing when playing podcasts via the Sonos app:  the ability to fast forward in 30-second and rewind in 15-second increments.   I’ve read that Sonos thinks this is not necessary because one can ask the Sonos voice assistant to fast forward or rewind.  There are two key reasons why this does not work well: 1) it assumes one has Sonos voice assistant enabled on every speaker and 2) it takes longer than tapping an icon.  I’ve also read that Sonos says we can just drag the timestamp to where we want.  True, but 30-second increments are perfect for skipping ads in podcasts and it’s difficult to be that precise with a slider.

Hi, my amp no longer offers control for my third party sub. It is still sending audio to the sub, I can’t control it via the sonos amp any more. I have rebooted the amp and checked I’m on the latest app. I also rebooted the sub and checked connections.  is this just how it is for third party subs now?

My Sonos Roam disconnects and reconnects from my wifi network literally every minute. My network is a Unifi Cloud Gateway Ultra and U6 Pro AP. When connected, the Unifi console shows the Experience for the Roam as “”Excellent”. Other devices in the same room do not have this problem.Any idea how I can diagnose/fix this?

I have a new router. How do I connect?
