I just had the shock of my life, when i was listening some music quietly on my SONOS Roam 2, when suddenly it starting making machine-gun-like “sound”/noice at full volume/loudness!…This really has to be fixed! Also found this case, which is not active anymore, which is why I couldn’t quote there:

Hello, My Sky remote doesn’t work anymore with my Sonos. My TV remote still works though. Tried setting up in the app but it says ‘’ we didn’t detect a signal from your remote ‘’. My Sky remote works ok with everything else just not my sound?

Hi,I just bought a TECHNICS 1500C with OMRED for my sonos AMP I saw on a website = Here a calcul méthod for the right level to 1 to 10  dB gain (L) in audio amplification is defined using the "20 log rule" as follows:L = 20 log10 (Vout / Vin)Solve for Vout:Vout = Vin × 10^(L / 20) 10 is way to high for my TECHNICS I put 8 wich is is goodIt’s for 1000 mV but is it the good level for my combinaison ? I need help to résolve this calcul for my TECHNICS 1500C 78db and my ortofon 5.5mVthanks

I have 2 Sonos era 100 connected to my Beam as surrounds and have added 2 more to the front. can I use my tv remote to control all as it only does the beam and surrounds?  thanks

The step after the PIN identification shows me to push the forward or backward buttons on the top of the speaker while the lamp on the front shines white and green.Unfortunately, when trying to push any of the above buttons nothing happens and the installation can’t be completed. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Is there a way to hook up these to the amp??

Hello, me interesa saber por que mi bocina sonos parpadea rojo y no carga, es un problema de la batería?

When trying to connect a roam 2 to my home system, ie an ARC with a sub, I encountered this problem: When I try to log in the app continues to repeat the log on request, I tried changing my password but it still requests that i sign on as owner al the time? What gives?

I have set up 3 speakers on my new wifi. Two days later, when I open the app, it says there are 0 devices connected to my network. Since then I have mounted the playbar and hid the cords in the wall, so I cannot remove to reconnect via Ethernet. Why does the Sonos app always have issues connecting to products? What is the best step to get the speakers to reappear in the app?

I have several amps and they’ve all been performing fine for several months.  Today, one of the amps began sounding really “tinny”.  Sounds like a really cheap radio turned way up. I could maybe blame a speaker if it only happened to one but both speakers sound exactly the same.  I checked all the connections and they’re good.  I rebooted.  Any thoughts? Thanks!

I suppose I’m still beating a dead horse to death here but why is there such a delay using the line in on Move 2? Sometimes there is no audio at all. I’m in youtube watching videos and I just went from one video to another to play a music video and it took 26 seconds for the audio to kick in. In contrast I have an old Libratone speaker set to line in and it works perfectly every time but sure doesn’t sound as sweet as the Move 2. I will say AirPlay works very well everytime which I can use but just wondering why this Sonos SNAFU.

Recently bought a Port to connect a technics turntable.  It's been working great, but when I dont use it for a week. I cannot find the line-in on the Sonos app.I have already had to reboot the Port twice and it's a little tedious to do this each time.  Why is the Line-In dropping off?Any quick way to ping the network and reconnect?

Simple question. Can someone please confirm which type of hdmi cable is supplied with the Sonos Arc Ultra in the UK. Thanks.

Hi everyone.  My Sonos Moves will not go FROM Bluetooth TO Wifi.  I’ve pressed the bar between the Power button and the Join button on the back.  It flashes blue for a while then goes back to green.I’ve done a hard reset by holding the power button down for 10 seconds.  It powered up to Wifi briefly then went back to Green.  I pressed the bar on the back again, same thing happened.  Any help appreciated Thanks - Ben

Hello Sonos community! I need some help with something that has stopped working. I have many Sonos products in my house and make use of the integration with Alexa. I have a problem with two Echo Dots that has started in the last couple of weeks.A have an Echo Dot in each of my kids rooms and have them configured to always play music to a speaker in the same room ("group" in Alexa verbiage). In each case that's a Sonos Amp. For the last 4 or 5 **years** this has worked pretty flawlessly, enabling my kids to talk to their Echo Dot and say "play XYZ", to which Alexa will reply "shuffling songs by XYZ on Amazon Music, PLAYING ON SONOS" and the music starts playing out of their ceiling-mounted speakers via the Sonos Amp in their respective bedrooms. In recent weeks however, Alexa instead replies with the following: "shuffling songs by XYZ on Amazon Music, playing on Sonos. Sorry ON SONOS is offline" - and the music won't play at all.I've tried a bunch of things to resolve this: resetting the

I have a Sonos one ?Can I add ceiling speakers ?if so which ones do I order ?please x

With our frame tv recessed into the wall so the front is 1/2' recessed can we install the Ultra Arc closer than 5.5" from the bottom of the tv?

I have a sonos system with 10 speakers wich works well. Until I connected two Era 300 as stere pair with a Pro Ject T1 SB lined in to the left. When I stream music the right 300 drops out and the whole system goes caos with soud dropping out in all rooms and sonos switching songs.. When I play a record on the stereo pair, the right speaker drops in and out all the time. When I spoke to Sonos they said It had to do with the setup on the router. Now I have forced the router to only use channel 6 on 2,4 and channel 100 on 5. With no luck. I have very good wifi speed all over the house. What should I do? Buy a new wifi6 router?

My sonos Moove 2 often appears as not connected or sleeping. I often try restarting it but this happens frequently. This is the only one of my devices that has this problem. Can you help me.

My contractor thew out the parts that fit nicely into the back of the Sonos original soundbar and I can’t find the replacements anywhere!  Thanks!

I’m afraid to ask, but I suppose I must.I upgraded my router.  I set up the Wifi settings to be the same. SSID, password, etc.  Amazingly everything is coming back nicely, except for my many, many Sonos speakers. Why can’t they just reconnect?  It seems to want me to go through some kind of setup.  This would be hellish because I have the following: Sonos Arc, subwoofer, two surrounds Sonos Beam, subwoofer, two surrounds. Sonos Ray, two surrounds Sonos Ray, two surrounds 4 Sonos One SLs in other less listened to places.Yes, that’s 17 speakers.  How do I get them to reconnect without a burning hell of resetting everything? Thanks.

HiI have an Lg tv (65NANO86VPA) with a Beam, sub mini and 2x Fives connected.  My Sonos app only ever shows Stereo PCM.  I’m testing with a movie on Amazon Prime.  I have beam connected via eARC. Sound output is set to Dolby digital Should I  be getting better audio output???

Any suggestions as to how to make my Xfinity remote control volume work with my arc ultra sound bar?
