I just had the shock of my life, when i was listening some music quietly on my SONOS Roam 2, when suddenly it starting making machine-gun-like “sound”/noice at full volume/loudness!…

This really has to be fixed!

Whilst this is certainly an unpleasant experience, the reports of such behaviour are rare.

There isn’t really anything users here can suggest other than to contact Sonos Support to report the issue.

They have tools at their disposal that allow them to give you advice specific to your system and what it reports. It is usually best to submit a diagnostic within 10-15mins of experiencing a particular issue in order for the diagnostic to have captured the potential cause.
