Where can I purchase a Sonos One EU power cord as I am moving to Italy? Thank you

Audible India option not showing after adding Audible service in Sonos app.

My Sonos app for Windows on my PC has stopped working. It says ‘We found Sonos on your system’ but then can’t find any products. Speakers all working fine from iphones. It’s just the PC app that isn’t. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the new version - no change….Any ideas please?

When the Sonos Ace are on and i receive a phone call (Android), no sound is played in the headphones. If I am listening to music, I can tell that I am receiving a call because the music stops but there is no sound in the headphones to alert me. What ma I missing? Thanks!

What if I sell the produkt and it will be visible here.

any reason UK Move 2 won’t connect to channels in the 149 - 165 on 5Ghz have AP for outside and due to it being an outside AP it doesn’t have the usual channels starting from 36 as these are for indoor use only.the Move will connect on channels in the lower 100 range but these use DFS. in the UK we can use 149-165 without DFS but the Move 2 won’t connect to them

Hi All, I need some advice please. Room size is about 20sqm. Looking for a sub to pair with an Arc Ultra and was wondering if the mini would suffice for movies, tv and sports etc..?

Added my Play 1’s to network and they are each in their own system (Living Room 1 and 2). Not matter what i do i cannot get them to join my system. I’ve move the playbar within 5-ft of the surrounds with no luck. The playbar and gen 3 sub are part of my system but when i try to add a pair of surrounds it just says their is an error. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Hello, Is this a recurring problem with Era 100s not being able to have issue with Airplays (MacOS/iOS/IpadOS)I tried everything (rebooting and re-installing etc) and this problem persists. once in a 1000 airplaying my itunes or or other audio works but these speakers seem to have a problem…..streaming from the sonos is 100% working but why not this…. I used to have older Sonos One and they seem way more reliable.

The sound bar is working but no the small ones.

I have a Definitive Technology subwoofer and 2 Polk Audio floor speakers hooked up to Sonos Amp. Sonos app is running on iOS.A few days ago the sub controls disappeared. I can’t control the volume or crossover (or phase) for my subwoofer anymore. I tried rebooting everything and deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing. I contacted technical support at Sonos and he had me send screenshots and also submit a diagnostic report. After some time he finally let me know that the technical support team is aware of the issue and is currently working on it with NO ETA!The sub plays. But I can’t fine tune the sub for the music I’m listening to. I assume there was a recent update to the software. But tech support never commented when I asked if this issue was due to an update.

Bonjour j’ai supprimé mon ancienne adresse mail et je n’arrive pas à associer mon matériel avec ma nouvelle adresse mail

I just went to Google fiber. I'm trying to hook my system up the the new wifi. Does one of the components have to be permanently wired via Ethernet to the router or can I connect the play base , and two Sonos One speakers wirelessly to the new wifi. I've tried hooking each component via Ethernet to the router to try to get the system on the new wifi but when I disconnect the system disappears.

Hello. I am about to purchase my first Sonos system, after years of high end, old style equipment.  I could really use some input from sonos users in chosing between a pair of 5s or era 300s.My music is classical 75% and oldies rock 25%.I have a moderate to large room.My wife does not like the volume too loud, so I would say our volume is moderate: neither background nor conversation killer. My main reason for diving into sonos: while my system is extremely accurate, whenever I encounter that wide open sonos sound stage I really like it. I am also tired of ongoing speaker placement efforts to image well and put me in rhat sweet spot. So I'd sacrifice a bit of accuracy for a big soundstage.Based on the above would you advise me to  look at a pair of 5s or  era 300s? Thanks in advance for your replies.

ive just purchased the sonos sub mini and the phone has detected the mini and says its getting the sub ready - its been “downloading” now for half a hour whats the normal rate of time it takes the phone the internet and the sub to be ready...any approximate times

I have two move two speakers that I’m trying to connect simultaneously to my iPhone… But I can only get one at a time to connect

I don’t have a space where ‘surround’ speakers are doable.  However what I’ve discovered is the amazingness of creating a wonderfully wide ‘front’ soundstage with Sonos speakers. My setup is - Arc (gen1) plus sub mini, plus two era 100’s, also in front but each about 5 feet on each side from the ARC.  I set the era 100’s as ‘full’ and tweaked the volumes of both them and the sub mini to better compete with the ARC.In the end, the front ‘soundstage’ is absolutely incredible. It’s really like having a band in front of you on a stage that’s a good 10 yards wide.  I know the ARC is supposed to create all sorts of great ‘surround’ audio, but you can’t beat physics, and adding the era 100’s as wider counterparts to the ARC creates something quite amazing IMO.Has anyone else experiemented with this kind of config?  I don’t see much mention of it anywhere, but holy hell, it’s quite amazing. :)

I have a sub 4 that’s paired with an arc ultra that keep losing connection.  The sub will connect and play with the arc ultra for a couple of minutes then drop the connection.  Sonos pointed fingers at my router, a Cisco RV340.  I engaged Cisco support and they cannot find any reason to sell me a new router, as suggested by Sonos.  Everything else in the house works fine on the same network.  Is anyone else having an issue with the sub 4 staying connected?  If so, what was the fix?  Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Samsung S23 cannot connect to Arc. Wifi router isn’t accessible and cannot be hardwired. Router requires connection to specific SSID and, of course, requires password. Have tried every suggestion I can find. Arc is flashing green. Have tried hardwire from phone to Arc with no luck establishing a connection. Am I doomed?

When trying to play music through my linked Napster account, there have been problems  going back to the new app launch. Almost every time when I try playing music from Napster, it will at best play a couple songs without issue. Typically it will either suddenly lose all audio, while the song timer continues to run like the song is still playing, continue to do that on any subsequent song, not play additional songs (with the timer running), or the incredibly common error message saying the connection to Napster has been lost. I've reauthorized the account multiple times, and even though it says it was successfully authorized, the problem is never resolved. Since there are so many problems and shortcomings with the app, and this only started after the new app was released, I hoped it would be resolved as attempts to fix the app were made. After avoiding the use of Napster for several months when using my speaker, I tried again today and received the same lost connection to Napster.

Just suddenly this week, my Mac Studio cannot connect to my Era300+mini-sub (Office Sonos). It’s worked for me the past three years, but now won’t connect with AirPlay.Through Apple Music, when I attempt to connect, I get the message:The AirPlay device “Office Sonos” cannot be selected for audio output. Please verify your network settings and AirPlay configuration or select another device. The Office Sonos speaker displays a greyed-out checkbox. Here’s what’s odd:1. I can connect through my Mac Apple Music to all of my other Sonos speakers.2. The Mac Sonos app works perfectly and connects to the Era300.3. The Mac Sound tool also cannot connect to it.4. Apple Music connects on both my iPhone 15 and iPad Pro.5. macOS is Sequoia 15.5 (24F74)What I’ve tried:1. Unplugged my router and restarted.2. Shut down my Mac and restarted.3. Unplugged both the Era300 and the min-sub.Other note: the Era300 is connected to Ethernet, but that has no effect when I use WiFi only.My question is, why can’t my

I have 2 old play ones that I paired with 2 sonos era 100s and 3rd gen sub, can stream anything and all play, but when I stream an album from an iPhone to speakers only the era 100s will play ….. any advice will be appreciated,i know apple stopped airplay1 that's why I bought era 100s so these old speakers SONOS ONE could connect through bluetooth ?

Existing system is a Yamaha RX-A2A receiver with 5 speakers connected to a Sonos Port.  I want to add 2 Sonos speakers to the configuration. The 5 speakers will play surround sound and the 2 Sonos speakers will play stereo (I assume). Is it possible to add the 2 Sonos Era 100 speakers to this type of configuration. The room is a combined Living Room and Kitchen and the 2 Sonos speakers will be positioned in kitchen area to improve the volume of the sound. How can I add the Sonos speakers to the existing configuration?
