I just got 3 era 100 speakers. Returning to Sonos after a few years away. I remember trueplay tones being quite loud on previous speakers.  But on the era 100s it’s pretty quiet. Then I noticed that whatever I set the volume to on the speakers before trueplay is what the tones would play at. That’s not normal right? I’m not touching the volume after initiating the trueplay process. It’s not same for both quick and advanced trueplay, quick is louder.   what is the volume setting equivalent for trueplay so that I can be sure it runs at the correct volume?  thanks

HelloOne of my two SL1 speakers will not connect to my home network via WiFi.Things I have tried.Disconnect Speaker from power 2+ minutes. Disconnect speaker and router then power router back up and then speaker back up  Disconnected all my Sonos products in the room as it was the whole room setup w/multiple other Sonos products Step 2 again but with all Sonos products included in the set up  Also did all this based on the app T.S. Instructions  In the app I removed said speakers from current set up and then tried adding them back  oh and did all this multiple times as well

Hi,my top question is on how do I add my Symfonisks (that I already added to my Sonos app) to the IKEA Home Smart app? I already forgot how I managed add the one I have there and can not find how to replicate my victory. I find that the IKEA app is way more responsive than the Sonos app for some reason and I hope to add another Symfonisk remote to Symfonisk in my other room.I also would love to know if there are any good resources that perhaps you used to migrate your system from Windows to Linux, I my ultimate goal would be to have my thin client to run Linux store all the FLACs I bought and use jellyfin for movies and stuff. Thanks for any tips :)

I have a sonos arc ultra in the living room of around 40 sqm. I would replace it with a Beam Gen 2 + Sub Mini + 2 x Era 100. Is that a good choice? I now use the arc ultra for TV & music streaming & vinyl via Sonos Port.

SONOS Play:5 is connected to the router with ethernet cable but randomly ‘disappears’ from the SONOS app. At this point the router network map says ‘no product connected by ethernet’. Have changed the ethernet cable but with no improvement. All other SONOS products working OK with wifi or ethernet,

With the latest versions of the iOS app, when trying to play favorites or recent listens, I get the error “This content is not available” for any album in the shared library. However, using the Sonos app on a Windows PC, the same favorites play without any issues. Is this happening to you as well? Do you know how to fix it, considering Sonos support didn't go beyond asking me to restart the phone and reinstall the app?

The beam does not turn on , is  not working g with Alexa , and does not show up on Sonos app as being connected to the system anymore

HiI have had the Sonos arc ultra since launch, I have this issue all be it very rare where I hear a loud sudden pop noise when playing content, the pop noise is much louder than the set volume. It's very random, I had it happen yesterday while watching HBO series The Outsider, it appeared to come from the right side of the soundbar. No idea what audio track was playing I think it was multichannel PCM 7.1, but had it happen with Atmos tracks as well. The last time I had the issue was a few months back I think, so like I say its not a common issue. Im sure I read a thread on here about a similar issue, but perhaps that was the original Arc, if there is a thread on the arc ultra with same issue, could someone link it here please. Thank you

I just purchased a Roam 2 and downloaded the Sonos App.  Connects to Apple Music easily, but there is no option to add Sirius XM.  I have a streaming account and the App is current.  I’ve seen others with connection issues - that’s not my problem.  SiriusXM doesn’t even appear as a service that can be selected.

I am getting a crackling sound from my sonos arc, is it possible I blew out a speaker?  If so, what are my options?

When trying to pair my 2 Sonos Play 1’s with my Beam, the Play 1’s are not showing as options to pair.

Hello I have a problem with factory reset. Every time I have to explain to support that there is no way to properly restore factory settings. The blue diode is still on. I have tried everything. I have disconnected all devices and the rest of the procedure does not work. Support does not want to help me, they keep telling me to send some videos but do not respond. Have you had anything like this?

Newbie on Sonos, so apologies if this is a basic question.Sonos Era 100 is set up with my son’s Spotify account as the primary account.  It’s authorised and shows no connection issues. When using Sonos (not Alexa) voice commands to ask for a track contained in one of his playlists, it seems to constantly play completely different tracks.  When asking it to play a named Spotify playlist, it doesn’t respond. Is there a specific phrase that has to be used for Spotify content? Thanks

Brand new Beam Tried everythingeArc to beam from Sony kd48A9 OLED. No soundApple TV to hdmi 2 and eArc to Beam. No soundBeam plays stereo if I use Apple TV default speaker option so I know Beam actually worksChanged cables. Reset everything. Set out to DD not DD+.Firmware updated on setup TV sees Beam on eArc and Bravia sync enabled also in standby mode the Sonos save screen appearswhen I try TV setup in app and it carry’s  out connection check it says no connection. Yet, again, everything else sees the Beam. on Apple TV default is TV speakers not audio system (beam). But this did appear briefly early on but disappears. TV works fine with Marantz amp and speakers also using tv speakers from either Apple TV or MarantzBefore I take it back any advice please. Is there some obscure setting on the TV I’m missing ?

How dor I listen to Sirius radio on sonos?

When is Sonos going to make iPhone 16e compatible with true play ? The iPhone 16e has been out for awhile now so what's the excuse to why it's still not able to do true play yet?

How to mount a pair of Sonos 5 speakers

I’ve been trying to play both an iPod (classic) and a CD player through my Sonos Connect (line-in). Regardless of the source, it always shows “Line-In Disconnected”. I’ve tried different cables, restarting the app and factory resetting the Connect. None have worked. Suggestions?

I have just sold my Sonos arc and want to by another sonos Soundbar later. Can I still use my Sub with my Play 5 or my Symfonisk speakers from Ikea? if yes how do i set it up?

Hello. I have recently moved house and need to connect my Roam to the new Wi-Fi. I’ve looked online and it suggests I have to go into ‘Settings’ but I can’t find this anywhere. I’ve looked in ‘Account’ but this just has my profile details not the Wi-Fi. It’s driving me mad. I’m on IoS and IPhone 6. Thank you

Anyone else have this issue? If I play a song direct in the apple music app on my iPhone (ie through the phone speakers or my AirPods Pro) it will show as Atmos or Lossless depending on the song.If I play the same song through my Sonos system connected the Apple TV 4K then it will play the song in Atmos/Lossless. For info the system is a Beam Gen 2, Sub Gen 2 and 2 x Gen 2 5’sIf I use the Sonos app on my iPhone and play the song from the Apple Music library within the app it will not play in Atmos/Lossless.I have 320mbps internet so speed isn't the issue.I have: - deleted and reinstalled the app - Reauthorised the Apple Account - Rebooted the InternetI can't see why when I use the music app on the Apple TV the music is played in Atmos/Lossless. But when I play the song via Apple Music within the Sonos app, it won't. Anyone know how to fix as it is really irritating my CDO? 😂 Thanks Carl

Hi, I would like to change my username in the Sonos app. Can someone help me with that?

Hi All,I was hoping someone could give me some troubleshooting thoughts on an issue I’m having with my outdoor speakers (Polk Atrium 6) connected to my Sonos Amp (Gen 2). I have 4 Polk Atrium 6 speakers (2 pairs) connected to my Sonos Amp. One pair on my upper patio and one pair on my lower patio.  I also have volume control knobs on the inside of my house for each pair.I’ve had this setup for 6 years with no issues.Last week, one of the upper patio speakers stopped working. The other upper patio speaker worked and so did the lower patio speakers.  I thought the one speaker may have went, so I bought a new pair of the same exact speakers.  They came today - I unplugged the amp, disconnected the non-working speaker/reconnected the new speaker, plugged the amp back in.  Thought this would be a simple fix - of course not.   Now both upper patio speakers are not working.  The lower patio speakers still work.  I double checked that I hooked up the new speaker correctly and tried resetting t

I just noticed the S1 app claims Deezer is no longer supported on Sonos. Is this right? Its still on the Services web page, though there’s no indication of S1 compatibility on that page.

I currently have a pair of Play 5 (Gen 2) with a Gen 2 Sub. Would I be able to add a 2nd sub to this (A Gen 3)
