The beam does not turn on , is not working g with Alexa , and does not show up on Sonos app as being connected to the system anymore

We looked again in the back of the tv on the wall above the beam . We checked every plug connection and every one was secure except for one . We pulled it out , counted to ten and replugged it . It was hard to determine which one went with the beam so we checked them all .
