The sound bar is working but no the small ones.

Is this for both TV audio and Music Audio? Do both the Play-1 speakers show as ‘bonded’ surrounds in the Sonos App main settings/soundbar room?

Also perhaps just check that the soundbar wireless/WiFi adapter has not been disabled in its settings… see this link:

Did they work previously and now are not?

What content are you playing? Look at the TV Now Playing screen to see what audio format is being received.

The surrounds are only meant to be heard when provided with surround audio, not replicate the sound coming from the soundbar.

If you play music on the soundbar, do you hear the surrounds?

Might be helpful to know exactly which soundbar is in use, and which ‘small ones’ are being used.

Even more important to know which Sonos soundbar is in use. The PLAY;1s can’t be used as surrounds for an Arc Ultra, for instance.

They have selected Playbar in their profile, along with the Play:1s.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee between the two points of data.

They only created their profile today.

I understand that, my point stands. They called PLAY:1s ‘small ones’, there is unfortunately no guarantee that the PLAYBAR they listed in their profile is actually a PLAYBAR.
