When running a Stereo test, there is not sound from the left channel speaker during the test, I have changed the HDMI cable to the TV with no change in the result?

The issue could be with the test file you are using.

If you suspect there is an issue with the speakers in the Beam, the best course of action is to contact Sonos Support

They will be able to determine from diagnostic data if there is any fault in the Beam.

How are you running the stereo test? What is the source for this? (YouTube video, stereo test from a streaming service like Spotify...)? Is it missing the left channel for content both on TV and for music?
