ive just purchased the sonos sub mini and the phone has detected the mini and says its getting the sub ready - its been “downloading” now for half a hour whats the normal rate of time it takes the phone the internet and the sub to be ready...any approximate times
Complete setup should only take around one minute, so something has gone haywire in your attempt to setup/update the Sub Mini.
I’d reboot the Sub Mini by disconnecting from power for 30secs before powering on again. Then try process again.
