sonos ace power button not working

This morning I tried to turn on my Sonos ace headphones and the power button does not work at all no response from it so I can't turn them on without plugging it in and then putting them on they work perfectly fine but the power button not working is kinda really not what I expected for 450 Euro's

I would certainly recommend you call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. There isn’t much we in the community can do to assist you.
