I have an Era 300 and two move 2s. Everything works well (unlike old Bose) except when router needs a reboot, then the Era comes back but the move 2s don’t. Twice I spent hours rebooting and reconnecting the speakers to no avail until TIME became a factor and by next day all was working again. This time I’m not going to bother doing anything and see if the passage of time fixes the issue. The app currently says that all three speakers are playing but the move 2s are silent, on other occasions the app has said “not cconnected” but reconnecting made no difference. Anybody else have this issue? I will report back tomorrow if time fixed it.

static IP sounds like a good idea.
for information I left it two hours before attempting to do anything and then a simple reboot made both speakers work again without any complications. No idea why time mattered, but it seemed to.

+17Your speakers are probably being assigned new IP address when the router reboots. It would help if you assigned static IP to them from your router’s settings. I had made this change a long time ago and have not been plagued with connection issues.

I would also check the Move 2s are running the same firmware as the Era 300s.
If the Move 2s were powered off when a system update occurred there could be a mismatch.
