I am “Unable to browse music” on my Sirius XM service after updating the Sonos Controller for PC to version 12.1, Sonos OS S2, Build 60381140, Sonos ID  110830380.  I CAN play SiriusXM stations that I had previously stored in my SONOS Favorites.  Also, Sonos Radio, Amazon Music and Tunein Services all work as they should.  I did delete the SiriusXM service and the Add it back in, which had no effect, I continue to be unable to browse Sirius XM.  My PC runs the most recent version of Windows 10.And….. I CAN browse my SiriusXM account on my cell phone using SONOS Android APP which appears to use the same version, OS, Build and ID stated above.  Please let me know if I need to do anything to help reestablish browsing of my SiriusXM service via the Sonos PC App.  I suspect there is a bug in the PC APP.Stay well, Mike Katzaman

Hello -- I have a Sonos Playbar and Sonos Ones in my apartment.   Just bought a Sonos Move for to use for the summer at a rental beach house.  I added Alexa in the Sonos app and the Move is showing up in the Alexa app on my phone.  Alexa can tell me the time, set a timer, tell me the weather, etc.   I can also play music from the Sonos App and access my iTunes/Pandora/Spotify/etc.    When I ask Alexa to play [Artist] on [iTunes/Pandora/Spotify/etc.] she responds: “to do that, first enable the skill for your sonos move in your Alexa app, then ask me to discover devices.”  I have tried to follow these instructions, to no avail.    Is it possible that Alexa cannot work on two different WiFi networks?

Has anyone else had problems playing 181.fm radio stations. My stored favourites just don’t play anymore and don’t come up if I search.

I have an odd issue , every now and then the sound from my arc clips, I don’t notice it from the other speakers sl’s or the sub and it only occurs with my TV . The TV is a 2020 samsung frame . I changed all the HDMI cables to 2.1’s , When it happens if I switch to streaming it goes away . TV audio is set to auto. the only way to make it stop is to unplug the ARC . and again it is very random .

Would anyone be able to provide the URL to add Real Radio 518 to Sonos?  It’s a station on live 365 radio.  Thank you.

Hi everyone I Lost my 2 play 1 on my network today…They are connect by WiFi, and when i try to reconnect them it doesn't work…I have another device (one SL) which IS still on my WiFi and works.I've tried to reinitiate them but unsuccessfully. I’m running a pure S1 system.  My 10.6 iMac controller says that there are updates available but I am not sure if it’s going to update to S2 and screw things up royally.  How can I tell if this is safe to do?  The components are all saying that they ar on 11.2.3 Build 57381090.

Hi, If anyone can help solve this dilemma it would be much appreciated.I have 2 SONOS 3's in my living room on a 2.4 network. At the end of my garden, i have an outhouse for work. There is a hard wired data cable running from the. house SKY router into the outhouse. I have a D-Link AC1200 Wi-Fi Router in the outhouse as an extender and have the same networks as in the house available, both 2.4 and 5ghz.In the outhouse i have 2 SONOS 1's, but i cannot get them to group with the SONOS 3's in the house. They jump inot my app depending on where i am, house or outhouse but i cannot play the same music in both. I assume i have to get an ethernet splitter but want the SONOS to be wireless so don't relaly see why i can get the D-Link to work as one with the SKY router. I'm way out my depth but have tried to go into the system settings.Does anyone have any ideas per chance?Much appreciated.

I have a Sony Android TV (KD65A8G) and I can’t maintain a connection to my Arc soundbar after a couple of months of perfect operation. It did seem to coincide with a Sonos app update (may be pure coincidence). The TV keeps reverting back to its internal speakers due to a connection failure. I can still play music through the Arc from my phone, and the on-screen pattern/graphics appear on the TV during music playback (doesn’t seem to be an HDMI cable fault). When I reset the TV settings the Arc system appears for a few seconds on the TV as being active then disappears again as the TV reverts back to internal speakers. I’ve tried reinstalling the Sonos system and reseting all of the TV options including a full factory reset. Has anyone else experienced similar as this is driving me crazy!

I’m running a Sonos Arc with a Sub 3 as my normal day to day listening setup but I use a Sonos Amp to run my B&W floor standers, SVS PB13 ultra and sunfire solitaire 12 when watching movies and run them as an extra zone. But what I’m not sure of is the system information only shows me that I’m getting True HD Atmos on the Arc but I’m curious how the audio is processed when sent to the Amp. Would I be getting the same uncompressed Audio to the Amp too?

I have a Playbar plus 4x Sonos ones, what is the best way to connect a Turntable to this set up?Finally is it possible to connect to the Tidal subscription service with my setup using Sonos S2 Amp on Android

I just recently installed two pairs of outdoor speakers and a Sonos Amp. I have two televisions in my backyard and My questions is as follows. Can these outdoor Speakers be used as rear surrounds when paired with a Playbar under each one of these Televisions. Each television will have a soundbar under it and would like to know if the outdoor speakers would work as rear surrounds?

Hi,I have both Sonos Play 5 (Gen 1) and Sonos Move, and put them in S1 system so that they can work together.Usually I group/un-group them at the “Room” Tab, but I notice that in the Setting - AirPlay tab, it has an option called "Group Non-AirPlay Products", it seems that to group my Play 5 with Move.I turn on/off this option, but it seems does not have any effect on my devices, I can only group/un-group them at the “Room” Tab, so my question is: What's the use of "Group Non-AirPlay Products"? Is it conflict with the group function at the “Room” Tab?

I've been using Spotify on Sonos for years, but for some reason it fails to connect a couple of days ago. I got in touch with the chat support yesterday. Got the suggestion to try reinstall Spotify on Sonos. It didn't work and now I can't even get Spotify into Sonos. Got this message. No problems with the network using other stuff. (Sorry for screenshot in Swedish)

[ Quality / Quality Assurance ] *** Has Sonos taken the Arc and Samsung QN75Q90TAFXZA through their Quality Assurance Process? Thanks! ... In Partnership and Service,Raj Dhir

I opened my sonus interface and was greeted with a notification to upgrade.  So I am okay with that but cannot get past below screen:  Also “Help → About” shows all my speakers correctly but under “System” I’m missing ½ my speakers :-(  I was happy with this sound solution now not so much…..

Apologies is this is already in 1,000s of other posts but I have been unable to find it.  I’m an old Sonos User (7 devices are going legacy soon, ugh!) -- I used the trade-up program to switch out one of my ZP-100s for a Sonos Amp and was pleased to see that the Amp has an HDMI input.  I was hoping to be able to play audio from a Sony Short throw projector (an LSPX-P1 -- the ZP-100 of short-throw projectors).  Alas, the LSPX-P1 has only a simple “HDMI out” port and not an “HDMI audio” or “HDMI ARC.”  I assume I would need to get some device that would either split my HDMI into a ‘video’ and ‘ARC’ or some device that simply converts HDMI to ARC.   Looking at the message boards it looks like there are loads of people who need multiple splitters to hook up tons of devices -- for me it is much simpler but I’m still not sure which is the best route in order to get some audio for watching stuff on this projector.

I apologize if this is a system-wide issue and someone's already asked about it. In the last two days, my speakers have been cutting in and out while streaming music. I've been using the same setup for years, no issue, so I imagine it's a side effect of a recent update? It happens when attempting to group rooms, and even within the same room (left or right speaker will intermittently cut out). Anyone else having this issue? Thanks for your help.

Easy question.  I am leaning towards purchasing the ARC to replace an old Onkyo TX-NR535 and Polk R8’s, although the huge backorder on all websites concerns me, my question is connections. How would I connect my direct TV reciever and Amazon fire stick?  With the reciever it is simple.  Would I use my multiple HDMI input on my TVTV output to input on SONOS - Direct TV and Fire stick output to HDMI input on TV? Thanks.

I want to purchase the correct setup and need advice before I buy. I haven’t bought anything yet but I need to know this will work both ways flawlessly without a lot of user input when toggling back and forth. I want to watch or the game with high quality surround on the patio but the other half the time I want to use the system as a stereo system. I was thinking of the arc, the sub, and 2 Sonos five speakers. My question is does Sonos allow me to have one configuration as a home theater setup and have the pair of fives as surround speakers to complement the arc and sub and another configuration that would allow hifi setup with the pair of fives with the arc and sub complementing them When playing music. If so would it be easy to switch back and forth.

Dear all,I have a Move and I’m unable to charge it.I used the charging base provided by move but the battery always remain at 0%I bought Move this year so I don’t think that I need to change the battery.anyone with the same issue? thanks

Dear community.I am interested in the Sonos ARC and would like to install it according to the setup in my sketch below. My TV (55 ") is attached to a cupboard wall. Underneath is a niche in which I want to install the soundbar. This niche is 55cm high and 47cm deep. And underneath of that, another 21cm high drawer. My question is whether this will have a major impact on sound reproduction or acoustics? Will the dolby atmos functionality still work properly? Or is it therefore not recommended to choose a soundbar with dolby atmos? Is it an option to mount the soundbar a little lower in the niche to have a better soundquality (preferrably not)? Thanks in advance!

I have been using Sonos S1 with my 11-speaker system comprised of Sonos One, Sonos Play:1, Play:5 and playbar and I took one of the Sonos One speakers with me on vacation and used it on another network in the Sonos 2 app.  I am now back home and all but one of my speakers (the Play:5) shows up at “incompatible” in the Sonos 1 app, and the “updates” don’t work.

I’ve just set up my Sonos Arc and Move and when ever I ask Alexa to play a radio station, it constantly breaks up and even repeats itself. If I ask Alexa to play anything from Apple Music or ask for information, it’s perfect. The Move is In a separate room to the Arc and not linked. This has been happening for a few weeks now and it’s driving me mad.Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi all, Can anyone help. Recently we haven't been able to get any other countries radio stations to play through the tune in app or also through the Sonos radio app.  I can only get it to play UK stations which is really annoying as we love to listen to quite a few Dutch and Belgium radio stations as my husband used to live in Holland and likes to keep his Dutch up. Anyone else having this issue and did you manage to solve it?
