I know this question has been posted several times, but the answers don't seem to be helping me. I have an Amp set up in my basement with 2 in ceiling speakers. The AMP is daisy chained to two more AMPs by ethernet cables, and then runs into a switch. It works fine as a stand alone room. Then, I added a beam, and a sub to the same room. The Beam (wired with ethernet or wireless) and the sub (wireless) work together for my TV, but I can't get the AMP speakers to work with them, and now that I tried adding the AMP speakers as surrounds, they no longer come on at all... Even if I try to use them as standalone. What am I missing.

Trying to set up my new beam. have tried a few times but after about 5 mins it disappears from the room list and I have to do a factory reset.  each time I get as far as the connecting to TV stage but both Arc and optical fail every time. I have tried using a different HDMI cable that I know works.  I previously had a sound bar connected via optical so I know that output works on TV.  On arc the error message is interference but I still get this even will all other cables unplugged.  I can get sound form tv through the beam but not when the beam appears on the app.  help please

I've done some research but just want to make sure I'm right. I have an LG C9 TV,  Xbox One X, Apple TV 4K and a Nintendo Switch. For all my devices to work correctly with both 5.1 and Atmos I'll need to wait for the LPCM update from Sonos? I currently have the beam but I understand it'll never do LPCM 5.1 for my Nintendo Switch.Thank you :)

Hi there,I’m having issues with multi-room and was curious if anyone can help me?I’ve had a Play:1 and One speaker for some time and received an additional One for Christmas. Since adding the new speaker I am unable to play all three simulatenouly (via the Sonos App & Spotify Connect) The problem seems to be with the older One Speaker in my Dining Room.My set up is as follows:Play:1 (Bathroom) One (Kitchen) *Newest Addtion* One (Dining Room) When I select all three rooms in the app they appear to be connected but my Dining Room doesn’t play any sound. However, as soon as I disconnect one of the three, the Dining Room starts playing again after 5 or so seconds. Same vice-versa - I’ll have the Kitchen and Dining Room synced and then as soon as a re-add the Bathroom, the Dining Room stops after 5 seconds. I have tried Airplay and all 3 work perfectly, but surely this can’t be the only solution? They’re all on the latest update and I’ve factory reset them and the problem still persits.

Can I make  tunein my default radio service on Google home.  Now if I ask to play BBC it defaults to I-Heart Radio.   I have to specify BBC channel, on tunein, on Sonos, in room.   I might as well just do it manually

I’ve just upgraded my TV from a Sony 4K to a Philips OLED 4K TV. Immediately I have found issues with the Audio sync, mainly the audio being behind the picture. The only true way to solve it, seems to be change the Audio out mode on the TV to stereo, not ideal when I have two Ones acting as surround speakers. There doesn’t seem to be a way to fix this, sometimes switching the TV on and off resolves. It just seems very odd that this has occurred with the new TV.   Pretty gutted at the moment :(

The Sonos S2 app won’t connect with Audible’s new Plus titles. The Sonos app still connects with and plays purchased titles. I regret changing from the Sonos app to S1 then S2 and should have left the Sonos app unchanged. Sonos support not available at this writing. Anyone else notice this issue? Thank you.

I have tried to add Google Assistant to my Sonos One’s, but it gets stuck trying to link the account in the mobile ios app.  I used to be able to set it up easily, but it is no longer the case.  I switched to Alexa for a time, but I would now like to go back to using google on my Sonos speakers. It appears the Sonos app will no longer directly communicate with the Google assistant app when trying to set up the voice assistant.  It will link over to the app store to open the app, but never affects any change to the google assistant app when you open it.  Meanwhile, the sonos app gets stuck in an endless loop waiting for authorization and finally times out and gives an error message: “There was a problem adding Google Assistant” with an option to “Try again”.  I can link the Sonos speakers directly in the Google Assistant app, but Sonos does not seem to recognize it.  I have tried every combination of work arounds I can think of, linking and unlinking, but it currently will not add.  I r

Until recently I have been able to playback recent BBC shows but this now seems no longer possible unless I airplay onto new Sonos kit.  Until recently it was feasible to search for the show and pick the recent episodes.  Any idea why and is there a workaround?

Hi, I’m hoping someone can help me with my issue.I have a Play 5, 2 One SLs, a Play 1, and a Move which were all working well with my Netgear Orbi Mesh network. Unfortunately, the Orbi died and I replaced it with an Asus Zen Wifi CT8 mesh router. I have the Play 5 directly wired to the router. Of course, the Move is connected via Wifi. All of the speakers appear in the app and function, but whenever I try to group the Move with another speaker, I get a pop-up saying:“Wireless range extender. Some Sonos products are using the WiFi from a range extender device. If you include one of these in a room group, you won’t be able to play music in that group. To ensure playback in all grouped rooms, you’ll need to permanently wire a Sonos product to the router.”Of course, I already have Sonos permanently connected to the router, and all of the speakers show WM:0 (except Move), indicating they’re using the SonosNet dedicated mesh system. I don’t have a range extender. The Move will function fine i

I'm trying to use a pair of OneSL and Five speakers as surrounds, for a total of four surround speakers plus an ARC. The app doesn't seem to support more than 2 surround speakers. Any suggestions?

Greetings,I am using Streaming services to view content on my LG CX TV.If the contect is delivered in Dolby Atmos / Dolby Vision, I could see a notification in the top right corner of the screen.after connecting the arc, I don’t see Dolby Atmos notification anymore ( I can still view the Dolby vision notification though). I don’t see the dolby atmos notification in the sonos app as well !The arc is connected to the eARC HDMI port (2nd port) via the provided cable.could you help please?

My father passed two years ago and the speaker that is hooked up to the TV works. I'm trying to get the other three to work around the room but I have to log into the app and do not have access to the email that he used. What can I do? Two are small and same model, and one is huge with a huge space in the middle. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

it is very difficult to place the mount and not put the active wire (fire code issues) in the wall.  i can tightly curl it up but it really doesnt work.  do they make a small arc cord? thanks

Hi!I’ve been getting problems with my system the last month. 1 x  playbar & 2 x play:1Now I have the situation where in my router network map, sees the SonosZP but cannot access from any of the iOS or MacOS apps. do you have any suggestions?

Just installed Sonos Arc, Sub, and 2 One SLs on Saturday for use with my Sony A8H. When I want to listen to a music app, the Sonos app warns that you will lose audio connection to the TV. I tried the switch and sure enough, I had to go back into the TVs settings to get my audio back. Is there a more seamless way to toggle back and forth without so much work involved?I tried using my Firestick to listen to Amazon Music, but then the screen goes to sleep and it now does the same when I watch regular TV. That is a whole other disaster that I’ll need to address… Any help would be appreciated.

TLDR: Sonos Bridge shows up on S2 app, tells me to download S1. Then doesn’t show on S1 app. Tried multiple phones, looks fine on network.  Longer Version:So I have updated everything to S2 for a year or so now, all good. However, recently I decided I wanted to split the system in two - majority on S2, and a single Bridge + Play:1 on S1 (as it’s used for kids room, don’t want to group it by accident - yes, know the limitations this brings). I’ve hard reset both the Bridge and the Play:1, initially I tried just to connect the Play:1 in the S1 app and, while it finds it fine, it errors saying to use the S2 app instead and AFAIK no way around this. So I tried the Bridge, reset, I can see on my network. But I can’t see it on the S1 app at all it just says “Product not found. Move closer to your product and make sure it’s connected to power”. I’ve tried multiple resets, no joy. However, I then opened up the S2 app and it see’s the Bridge, tells me it’s only compatible with S1 Controller and

I recently bought a Sonos Move and am new to Sonos products. When placing the Move onto the charging base an amber light flashes for about 10 seconds and then nothing. I have left it to charge overnight and the next day, nothing! It wont turn on and isnt retaining a charge.   Any help would be appreciated!   Thanks

Both device on the same wifi when I go to my system on the iPhone its only sees the Move, on the ipad it only sees the Beam. I can AirPlay to both device from either device. Alexa works fine on both.I have tried reboot the Sonos devices. Everything is updated. IPhone 12, IPad Pro(2020) Any ideas?

I currently own the Arc, 2 One SL's and 2 Subs. Considering that the upfiring drivers on the Arc are very poor at delivering reflective sounds, what is the difference between Atmos and Dolby Digital 5.1 as an overall surround presentation?

Our sonos move says it is playing something from spotify but nothing plays. It was fine yesterday at the start but stopped working properly when we asked to change artists. I tried resetting the speaker but that didn’t resolve the issue. I noticed others have had the same problem. Please help.

Hi everyone - we’ve recently brought a new house and wanted to purchase a multi-room sound system and have been recommended Sonos. We have thought about buying the Arch - connected to our TV via HDMI cable and two Move systems, one for upstairs and one for the downstairs / garden. I’ve got a few questions and would be very grateful for any advice or info… Can we ‘pair’ all three of the above speakers so we can play music throughout the house at the same time? We have two iphones (iphone 11 and 12) can we play different music through ‘paired’ speakers, i.e. my wife wants to listen to something upstairs and I want to listen to something different in the garden?  How does the app work? do we log-in to app and then link our Apple Music account, so we can use voice control? can more than one person have the app on their phone or tablet?  Thanks, Matt

Hello,I would like to listen to my app podcast on iOS on my Sonos One but I can’t enable “group non airplay products”.Also, when I turn on the HomeKit app, add new accessory, skip the code/scan button, nothing shows up...Anyone can help? Thanks,Jean.

I have a white arc and want to wall mount it but can only find the bracket in black. Does this matter? Will the black be visible? I can see other soundbars come with wall brackets in the same colour.
