Greetings,

I am using Streaming services to view content on my LG CX TV.

If the contect is delivered in Dolby Atmos / Dolby Vision, I could see a notification in the top right corner of the screen.

after connecting the arc, I don’t see Dolby Atmos notification anymore ( I can still view the Dolby vision notification though). I don’t see the dolby atmos notification in the sonos app as well !

The arc is connected to the eARC HDMI port (2nd port) via the provided cable.

could you help please?

What apps are you testing? Are they the native apps on your TV or from an external device?


I am using Netflix , Disney + and Apple TV+.
I am using them on the native TV OS (LG WebOS)


Try these TV settings:

Digital Audio Output: Passthrough

DTV Audio Setting: Auto

eARC: On

I have been going through all the arc and the TV settings for two days.

I thought the HDMI cable is not fast enough and ordered a 48 Gigabit cable 😂
