it is very difficult to place the mount and not put the active wire (fire code issues) in the wall. i can tightly curl it up but it really doesnt work. do they make a small arc cord?

I don’t have an ARC to look at but I use 3M Command hooks to organize power cables on other devices. Stick a couple on the back of the ARC and clip the power cable into them if there is enough room behind it for that. Most hardware stores and lots of other local places have them.
