Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas à lancer de la musique depuis l'assistant Google.Soit il me répond "je ne comprends pas" (alors que je parle clairement) ou "pour lire du contenu multimédia, utilisez des commandes vocales telles que....."Mes applications Sonos et Google Home sont bien associés au même compte Spotify premium. J'ai dissocié le compte et associé à nouveau mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas.Comment m'y prendre ? J'utilise l'assistant Google depuis mon Samsung Galaxy S8+.Un grand merci d'avance ! 

Playing Spotify playlist/Sonos speaker from my husband’s PC.  When I want to stop the music I close Sonos.  Most of the time this stops the music.  BUT NOT ALWAYS.  The music keeps playing so I go to Task Manager, but don’t see anything resembling an active Sonos app.  So I restart the computer.  Music keeps playing through restart.  I do a hard reboot and the music continues.  At that point I unplug the speaker to stop the music.  Can anyone tell me why the music keeps playing even if all devices in the house are shut down?

Is there a way to remove line in option from the available sources? I have many amps with nothing plugged into the line in port, it’s confusing for other users (parents).

I don’t have AppleTV, so I’m trying to understand what other AirPlay devices might be conflicting with the ability for the S2 app to display controls on my iOS lock-screen. It’s strange: sometimes the controls appear on my lock screen, sometimes they don’t. I haven’t been able to discern any logic as to when they do / don’t. For instance: right now, I have my iPhone and my iPad active, but without any AirPlay-eligible apps open. And an LG TV (to which my Beam is attached via HDMI ARC) sitting passively / off. And yet the lock screen controls won't show on my iPhone, as they were doing earlier today. I can imagine this is an iOS problem, rather than a Sonos problem (since, mysteriously, sometimes my Timer will appear on my lock screen, and sometimes it won’t). But, just in case there’s an easy fix: I figured I’d ask.. Many thanks..

I have followed all the set up, enabled and disabled etc but nothing! I done have a microphone light so don’t know if it is on. When I add Alexa it talks about an Echo but the Sl does not need one. I am on day three now and losing the love. Please help an idiot.

This has been a problem since the BBC stations left TuneIn and I’ve seen lots of posts on it but I just wondered if Sonos have sorted out the voice integration with the BBC Sounds app. When I ask to play a BBC radio station on the Sonos One I get the announcement and the BBC Sounds jingle but no radio sound. It works via AirPlay, but not being able to activate it via voice for months now is really annoying. 

Hi,am new to Sonos community, I have Sonos arc and sub Gen 3Just wanted to know Q1- is that arc and sub itself produce 5.1.or 3.1, because I asked this many online platform and reviewers, different information from every time.Q2- Dolby Atmos not as expected honestly (Sonos app shows Dolby Atmos),if add two rear speakers SL one,is that make difference in Atmos effect, however SL is not dedicated rear speakers,Q3- is there any plan for Sonos to make rear speaker with upward firing speakers to support Sonos arc in order to get Atmos more.Thanks   

What comes with the Arc? We purchased open box at Best Buy at a discount however nothing in box except the soundbar.

Hi there. A bit of a longshot but here it goes. I am trying to use the Beam as a stand alone speaker without the 70ms delay. The intended setup is as follows:My sound source is a DJ Mixer which has standard RCA output (left/right, white/red cable, you get it) I want to convert this into HDMI ARC in order for the Beam to accept and play.Question, what gadget will i need inbetween to convert the signal??  Some says that a TV inbetween can do the trick but surely there has to be another solution with a smaller size gadget. Like a preamp or something?  Would a laptop/mac work as inbetween gadget? FYI i have no intention to stream the sound into other Sonos devices, ONLY the Beam. Thanks in advance

Having upgraded my system over the past 12 months, I am left with 3no ZP120 connect amps, 1no Zoneplayer S5, 1no Zoneplayer ZP90, 1no Play 3, a brand new unused Bridge, a CR200 controller and 2 pairs of speakers all of which are in good condition, complete with leads and instruction books etc which it seems wrong to condemn to landfillCan anyone confirm that if I sell these on ebay (or similar) a potential purchaser would be able to install and make them work? Or are they only of use to somebody who already has a Sonos system  

Does Sonos one integrate with Nest Hello? As in, does the Sonos One speaker sound a chime when someone presses the smart doorbell at home? Searched around, could not find anything conclusive. This should absolutely be a supported api/feature of the integration and I am looking to get more clarity ASAP on planning some smart home purchases. Any advise is appreciated!

Hoping someone can help - I have my PS5 connected to my Panasonic HX800 TV via HDMI. The Sonos Beam is then connected to the TV over ARC. In the PS5 settings should I be using PCM or Bitstream (Dolby) and can someone help me understand why one is better?Thanks, I have searched around and can’t find a solid answer Sam

Out of the blue my Sonos beam has just stopped working!  I wouldn’t say my 3 Sonos devices have been working fine since I bought them a year ago. If it was not the very difficult and frustrating initial setup and connection or every so often just disappearing from options on Spotify to play my music from. Which I then have to hard reboot everything which is just not what I expect from very expensive devices.  now my Beam has just stopped working with my TV. I have changed nothing but it is telling me that it can’t connect to my Arc. I can’t understand this as there are no new devices, nothing has changed other than maybe my latest Sonos software update.  whatever it is, I now can’t use my beam and this is extremely frustrating and disappointing. If it was not for the cost I’d throw them all in the bin and start again. The dream is great having all your speakers synced and playing music throughout my house. Unfortunately the reality is just pretty terrible and unreliable.  diagnostic re

With the latest update, there appears to be no way to remove Sonos Radio from Services & Voice.  The only option is to Reauthorize the service.  I don’t care about this service.  I don’t want this service, and I don’t want to be forced to see it in my list.  Seriously, this may be a deal breaker for me to continue using Sonos.  

Hi, i am writing here as i have used the Sonos Arc for a while now, and overall move the system.but i Cannot see how the speech enhancement feature helps, i Cannot hear if its on or off. Dialouge sounds exactly the same Night mode works great, turning Down all loud sounds, and also adjusting the dialouge a bit. but the feature to enhancement dialouge, feels more or less useless. So what does other Arc owner thinks, or Maybe have a good movie or tv show where its possible to hear the difference? hope someone Can help me

I am currently renovating my basement and want to setup a basic 4.1 surround system using a combination of sonance by Sonos in-wall speakers, two sonance speakers for rear surrounds (possibly a wireless sub), and connect everything to a Sonos Amp. I also want to have the capability to wire two outdoor sononace by Sonos speakers to the amp. Is this possible to do?  I don’t want to run all six speakers at the same time. I just want to have all speakers connected to the amp, and have the amp play a 4.1 system when that is up and running, and then play music at a different time through the outdoor speakers. Hi,I have set up a shared music folder on a PC and would like to connect it to my Sonos system. I have verified I can access the shared folder by accessing the PC (Windows 10) through a connection with my Mac (OS Catalina), using Go>Connect to Server and entering the user/password. Also worth noting I have tried to follow all the online thread advice about setting up the Defender firewall and permissions correctly, at least to the best of my ability. Despite all this, even though I can see the shared folder contents when I access through my Mac, when I try to set it up on Sonos app on my iPhone through System>Music Library>Add Shared Music Folder, it says my PC “is not responding”. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I have the beam (just got it) so far really good. I’m wanting to get a couple rear speakers and was curious which of these two to get. Only difference is the voice control. I may also use these to take out side etc for the near future. Only 50 bucks difference surrently    tha k you 

I want to connect a pair of JBL control 60PS/T subwoofers to my Sonos system. they are not powered. Is it possible to connect the sub out on the Sonos amp to line in on another amp (not Sonos) to power the subs? I’m not too familiar with audio installations. Hope the question makes sense.  

Hi, I've recently purchased a Sonos Beam and two Sonos One SL speakers in order to create a sound sound/home cinema set up.  I've successfully set up the two One SL's as surround sound speakers but its not quite what I was expecting - when watching TV it only plays certain sounds through the One SLs, such as background music etc.  I would like a true surround sound experience and by that I mean I would like to hear more/all audio coming from the satellite speakers opposed to just background noise.  Could someone please confirm what my options are? Any help would be much appreciated! FYI I've already put the music playback to full and increased the TV level in the app.  

My Ipad streams audio to my Sonos Beam. How can I stop that from happening?

I have my music on a WD MyCloudES2Ultra NAS and have used that as my Sonos Music Library for several years. Suddenly, I can no longer access this music. I ultimately deleted the source and attempted to re-connect it but to no avail. I have tried using the IP address, using the mapped address and with the device name\share, all without success. I get the error message “Sonos was unable to add the music folder” plus following info. I am 100% sure I have the correct network addresses and username/password and I use the NAS daily for other purposes, including music to my JRiver Media Center. I am running Windows 10, fully up to date, Sonos S2 fully up to date (12.2.2) and works fine except for the Music Library function. The NAS firmware is also fully up to date. The NAS is connected to my router via ethernet and has a static IP. All work fine except for the Sonos/NAS connection. I can set up Music Library connections to files on my computer without problem. Of course I have re-booted the

HiI have two Fives and a Gen 3 Sub connected together in one room and all are working well.  I have just connected up a new Pro-Ject T1 Phono SB turntable to my RH Five and I can get audio through that speaker but cannot get the sound to come out of the LH Five, nor the Sub.  I have looked online with no success for an easy fix, can someone please help to get this audio to play on the “room” (three speakers) and not just this one?  I have the S2 App running on a fairly new iPhone.  Thank you in advance!Sharon
