In Sonos App the battery level percentage is no more shown. How can is it possible? Thanks a lot for help 

Plugged in two wireless chargers for the roam 2 today and the chargers led is blinking red and not charging. I am using the adapters that comes with the chargers.

Hello,Can someone please tell me if it’s possible to connect a Sonos Roam 2 to my Xgimi Horizon videoprojector via bluetooth and then connect the Sonos Roam 2 to my Sonos Ray Soundbar via wifi and the phone app. That way can I have the sound from the video projector on the Sonos Ray Soundbar AND maybe the Sonos Roam 2 without any delay? I’ve attached a drawing to explain.Best, 

Hello. It looks like the Sonos App for iOS has lost its capability to provide the numerical battery percentage information. I am on the latest version (version 80.11.51). I see the percentages on the Sonos App for Android. Therefore this problem seems to be unique to the iOS app. The percentages used to be displayed even couple of weeks back, so it seems to be a bug added to the code in the latest iteration. I guess it keeps the developers busy :) Anyone else seen this issue? If yes, is there a fix in work?

Same as problem previously closed, neither of my 2 Roams will connect with other speakers, though I can connect them to SONOS alone.  My app is apparently up to date.  Any ideas please ?

Hello! I recently acquired a Sonus Move 2 and am curious on if it’s possible to connect my Sony HTZ-9f to it without having to buy any further equipment, is that possible? If so how would I do that? 

How to enable Bluetooth on the Sonos move speaker

Initially I had the battery % showing on the app for my Move 2 but seems to have disappeared whether on WiFi or Bluetooth. I thought Sonos had fixed this glitch?!

I have a new broadband hub and am not able to get my Move to work. I’ve tried the set up process. Sometimes the Move is recognised, sometimes not. I’ve entered the hub password and been told the Move is connected. It doesn’t work. I’ve tried Sonos support to no avail. One screen I opened stated that Sonos works on 2.4Ghz, my hub is 5Ghz. Is this the problem? The screen suggested splitting the hub??? No idea what this means. Any ideas anyone?

Sonus Roam wont play music. System sounds are audible but no music. Roam is recognized by controller on laptap and on phone. When Roam is powered on, mobile controller loses connection, but not laptop. Have rebooted phone, router and roam. Any ideas?

Hi there, I am new to Sonos having picked up a couple of s/h Play:1s with which I am very impressed. I decided to purchase a new Roam 2 as I liked the idea of using the voice functions etc. Last night I set an alarm for this morning and it didn’t go off. I have checked in the app and it is there set correctly and I have battery save turned off. I noticed that the lights were off on the unit and it wasn’t responding to voice commands. During the day I can see that it enters sleep mode with the lights off and non-responsive to voice. My question is, how does it work as an alarm if it goes into unresponsive mode? Am I missing something obvious?

Suite à un pb de mon sonos roam observé depuis quelques semaines qui s’éteignait alors qu’il était branché sur son socle induction Sonos en permanence (obligé de le rebrancher à un autre cable pour le “réveiller”), je l’ai réinitialisé à distance avec le SAV Sonos qui a fait le diagnostic en ligne et vérifié que l’état de la batterie était “parfait’. En rentrant de congés il y a quelques jours mon Sonos est éteint et même problème que tous les posts précédents depuis juin. Le Sonos se recharge avec le voyant orange actif mais impossible de rallumer l’enceinte (y compris par les procédures de réinititalisation usine/reboot en mainteant le bouton allumé etc.).L’enceinte a par ailleurs disparu de mon réseau sur l’appli. SAV injoignable, mon enceinte est inutilisable… et aucune solution ni message de Sonos à l’horizon… comment faire svp? MerciNB: j’ai une autre enceinte Sonos Roam et d’autres devices qui n’ont pas ce pb. 

Compre sonos Move hace 1 año y siempre ha dado problemas en conexión wifi. Se realiza la conexión y cierro. Vuelvo abrir al cabo de 1 día o 30 minutos  y ya had desaparecido otra vez el Sonos en los dos android. He hablado con numerosos operadores Xat y teléfono y no me dan ninguna solución. Is the Move 2 compatible with a WIFI 7 mesh system? I had a Move and returned it because it wold not connest.  

I used to be able to see the charge percentage of each of my Roam speakers on the Sonos App. 

Sonos app is losing the system, and when I am able to connect it, during for example couple of hours system is lost several times. Music is playing but I cant get contact to it. Move. At first a year-two years ago it worked perfectly.

Hi,After upgrading the SONOS system to 16.4.4 (81.1-58120) I experiance massive problems related to my Sonos Roams Gen1.I have in total 3 Roams, 2 of them Gen1 and the last Gen2.However when one or both of the my Roam Gen1 are turned on the SONOS system gets very unstable or resposive.Problems experiance is that im not able to join/unjoin or control any groups in the entire SONOS system.Volume or play/pause is simply just giving me errors or just returning to the position it already was.Also the Roam Gen1 have worked flawless on 80.1, but now in the About Sonos System the Roam Gen1 does exist in the list but Version: <Number> (build 81.1-58210) and not showing the version 16.4.4 as it did until yesterday. So something is wrong, I have ofcause restartet the entire system, wireless and so on.But the problem seems to be related solely to these Roams after upgrade, and maybe when they are the Controller connected ones.

Sonos move 1 not working. All lights are off, it’s playing with a bass sound, tried factory reset and now not working at all. Help please  it’s been a brilliant speaker up until now 

I’ve been talking to different customer service reps at Sonos for the last three hours to try to figure out two things: Why, after working fine in May and June, TV audio skips (like record scratches) when I group my Ray to my Roam SL and/or my Era 100; and why, when playing audio via Bluetooth through either the Era 100 or the Roam SL, the audio starts to skip once any other speaker (or both other speakers) are connected to it. I was told that using other speakers (not subs or surround speakers) to simply play TV audio in other rooms is “unsupported,” period (even though on this forum, there are multiple examples of people getting that to work within the last year!); and I was told that sharing Bluetooth audio in this way was also “unsupported,” but that this was one of the app update issues, and that it should be reinstated in the app soon (when? lol who knows). For the TV audio, delaying the audio by a lot cleared the problem up entirely, I have no idea wh

How do I see my battery amount when I'm connected via Bluetooth with no network connection. 

I am struggling to get my new sinks speakers to link with my Brennan 2 via Bluetooth 

I have been using ROAM. I haven't used it for a while, but when I tried to connect to bluetooth I couldn't.I have reset the roam to factory settings and initialized the apps, but I can't connect to Wi-Fi before I set it up. How can I get it to work?

I gave up on a Roam that had intermittent battery issues and would stop playing after two hours. Can I return it to Sonos for repair & resale? I purchased a Roam 2 and I want to dispose of the Roam.

Hey,currently have a Move 2. Always have issues when it’s connected to the wifi. music sounds like a badly scratched cd and keeps skipping. I have a complete home theatre set up with Arc sound Bar 2x era300 and sub. All brought this year and I don’t have this issue. Have good connection to wifi. Bluetooth to Move2 works fine it’s only when it connected to wifi. Turning off and on my phone sometimes work. But I shouldn’t have to every time I want to listen to music. Any suggestions? Could this be a faulty Move2?  Thanks. 

Hello everyone,I'll try to be clear (although English is not my native language).My internet connection is via an LTE router (unfortunately I have no choice), which is not supported by Sonos.The idea would be to connect a Sonos Era 100 with an ethernet cable to the LTE router, so this Sonos Era 100 will create a dedicated wireless network specifically for my Sonos system.But I only want to connect "portable" Sonos to this systemQuestion:Will this dedicated wireless network allow "portable" Sonos (Move 2 or Roam 2) to work properly?Or on the contrary, are "portable" Sonos definitely excluded from a wired configuration anyway?I haven't been able to find a clear answer, and I thank you for your help.
