Is there a way to use a Sonos Move (or any other SONOS speaker) with a wireless headset that communicates via a USB drive to a battery pack for use teaching fitness classes?

No.

Any Sonos device that does have a line in (which does not include the Move) is subject to a delay of 75ms, which makes the system difficult to use as if it is a OPA, as has been discussed in many, many threads, from PA use, weddings, schools and even karaoke use.

You’d be better off going with a system designed for this use, as nice as the Sonos sounds for music.

If the audio source/player can be connected to a Bluetooth transmitter with dual output (examples: Fiio BTA30 Pro/1Mii B03 Pro), then the music can be played both to a Bluetooth headset and Sonos device(s) that support Bluetooth, at the same time

If there’s also a WiFi signal/subnet (local router) nearby that can be used, then the playing Sonos speaker can be grouped with other Sonos speakers answell, over WiFi, or a wired, connection. I’m not sure how reliable it would be though with some potential for the two Bluetooth signals to perhaps go out of sync (possibly), but it might work okay.

Also if using grouped Sonos speakers over WiFi (rather than wired), then it’s probably best to keep them reasonably close and not dotted around the room with peoples moving bodies constantly getting in the way of the signal - unless speakers can be placed above head height. Wired speakers though in any group should be fine.

Sonos products that support a Bluetooth connection and can be grouped with other Sonos products over WiFi/Wired connection are:

  • Move 2
  • Era 100
  • Era 300
  • Roam 1 or 2
  • Arc Ultra
