I am sorry to hear you are experiencing battery issues with your Sonos Move 2.
This is definitely not the expected behavior as you can see from our Support Article Charging Sonos Move 2.
I would suggest you to try and reproduce this issue: fully charge your Sonos Move 2 and observe battery level status occasionally.
When the Sonos Move 2 is close to low battery levels but still on and online, please Submit Diagnostics and reach out to our Support Team.
They have tools at their disposal to provide you with advice and information specific to your Sonos system and what it reports.
