Hi my Sonos Roam is mot working. I read about the problem somewhere and actually wanted to contact the company but it seems I can’t as the company selling the speakers 3 times a price of a competition dont care to have a proper customer service. I am in Poland and there is no live chat no telephone number, and the only support mail is to the ceo and this community. So anyway, my white light is blinking, I tried to reset it by using the standard procedure, it does not work. It stopped working randomly while playing music and I must admit this is not the first time it is doing that, always I just put it away and forget about it and then I suspect that the battery dies until I decide to use it again. Definately not something I would expect from a speaker I actually want to use.
So it does not react to anything, I unpaired it, restarted my router and now I think this is actually a hardware problem and please tell me how can I contact the company to help me with the next steps. I want to fix it and I do not suspect this is just a very expensive toy to use once and throw away.

I’ve had a look on our support page and we do offer live chat support, both for Poland and Other Countries (English), which you can change at the bottom of the page by selecting your language. A chat representative isn’t always available but the chat-bot is 24/7 and should create an email case for you if your issue isn’t resolved.
Since you’ve done what I would have suggested, then I’d recommend reaching out to support through the link I copied above. If you don’t see the chat option available, try changing the region selection at the bottom of the page to Other Countries (English) you don’t see the chat option, or try another web browser.
If you still can’t contact support to create a case, then please let me know.
