Thank you. It appears that I had the speaker placed backwards on the charging ring. That probably shouldn’t be possible.

I haven’t looked at the LED states FAQ recently, but that suggests to me it is either in a fault state, or out of power.
+21Red light flashing indicates low battery. I’d check the charger is warm and nd clean the contacts on the charging bae as first things to check.
